    摘要: In a printing apparatus using a plurality of heating elements as printing elements, there are provided CCD elements for storing electric charges whose quantity correspond to temperatures in correspondence to each of the printing elements, and for sequentially transferring these electric charges. As a printing head driving apparatus, an analog shift register having a series of CCD elements is employed in order to perform data transfer operation, data alignment, and driving operations of the respective printing elements. Also, the above-described CCD elements are commonly used with CCD elements for storing and transferring temperature data. As a result, a compact printing apparatus can be made while suppressing shading in images caused by temperature increasing due to the driving operation of the printing elements.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a liquid jet recording head includes a first process of forming an ink flow passage pattern on a substrate by a resin layer; a second process of forming a covering resin layer to cover a resin layer on the resin layer; a third process of forming an ink discharging port pattern by a material having resistance to an oxygen plasma on the surface of the covering resin layer; a fourth process of forming ink discharging ports by dry etching the resin layer by the application of the oxygen plasma with the ink discharging port pattern as a mask; and a fifth process of eluting the resin layer. This method enables the ink discharging ports to be formed without cutting the substrate and at the same time, the distance between the ink discharging pressure generating elements and the orifices to be controlled rigidly; hence making it possible to manufacture a liquid jet recording head having a stabilized discharging characteristic.

A spacing between two adjoining liquid supply flow paths at the joint surface with respect to the liquid supply member is larger than a spacing between the adjoining two liquid supply flow paths at a joint surface of the support member with respect to the ejection device substrate.

    摘要: An exhaust heat recovery apparatus includes an evaporator and a condenser. The evaporator and the condenser form an operation medium circuit such that an operation medium circulates through the evaporator and the condenser. The evaporator has tubes and is disposed in a duct part through which an exhaust gas generated from an engine flows. The condenser is disposed in a heated fluid circuit through which a heated fluid flows for heating the heated fluid by condensation of the operation medium. The heated fluid circuit is separate from an engine coolant circuit through which an engine coolant for cooling the engine flows. The evaporator further has a fin between the tubes. The fin is provided with an operation force reducing portion that is capable of reducing an operation force applied to the fin due to a thermal expansion difference between the tubes, which are exposed to the exhaust gas.

    摘要: An exhaust heat recovery device includes an evaporator for evaporating working medium sealed thereinto by exhaust heat from an internal combustion engine, a condenser for cooling the working medium evaporated at the evaporator, and a communication portion for communicating the evaporator with the condenser in an annular shape. The exhaust heat recovery device further includes an internal pressure operating valve adapted to be closed when a pressure of the working medium is equal to or more than a predetermined pressure, and a temperature operating valve adapted to be closed when a temperature of the coolant is equal to or more than a predetermined temperature. The internal pressure operating valve and the temperature operating valve are disposed between a downstream side of the condenser and an upstream side of the evaporator.

    摘要: A heat exchanger has a core and header tanks. The core includes passage units stacked in a unit sacking direction and fins. Each passage unit includes a first passage member and a second passage member connected to each other such that a second fluid passage is provided therein. The passage units are stacked such that first fluid passages are provided between bent portions of the first and second passage members of the adjacent passage units. The fins are disposed inside of the passage units and held by the bent portions of the first and second passage members. The core has core end walls constructed of at least one of first side walls of the first passage members and second side walls of the second passage members. The header tanks are disposed at ends of the core and provide tank inner spaces with the core end walls.
