摘要: An injection molding process for forming high strength, long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, and for holding damage to the pellet-shaped thermoplastic resin to a minimum even when being plasticized, and maintaining the fiber length of pellet-shaped fiber bundles while unwinding the fibers and melting the resin. After the long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin has been heated and melted, pressure is applied to unwind the long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin while melted, and injection molding then performed.

摘要: A mold aligning method and device for a compression molding machine which includes a bed, a plurality of uprights standing upright on the bed, a crown block joined to the tops of the uprights, a slide block guided for vertical sliding movement by the uprights, and a hydraulic cylinder actuator mounted on the crown block to drive the slide block for vertical sliding movement, for maintaining an upper mold attached to the lower surface of the slide block in parallel to a mating lower mold during a compression-molding operation. The mold aligning device includes a plurality of mold position adjusting cylinder actuators disposed on the bed, a plurality of position detectors associated respectively with the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators to detect the strokes of the latter, a hydraulic source for driving the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators, and a control unit for controlling the strokes of the piston rods of the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators with reference to the zero points of the piston rods of the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators determined beforehand. The zero points are determined by placing the upper mold in close contact with the lower mold and extending the piston rods of the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators so that the piston rods are pressed against the lower surface of the slide block. The strokes of the piston rods are controlled during a compression-molding operation so that the upper mold is maintained precisely in parallel with the lower mold.

摘要: An injection molding machine is disclosed in which molten resin from an extruder is injected into the cavity of a mold through a nozzle. A runner body disposed between the mold and the extruder has a substantially L-shaped hot runner for supplying the molten resin from the extruder to the mold therethrough. The runner body is pivotably supported by a support assembly and is horizontally slidable relative to the support assembly to accommodate thermal expansion, whereby the nozzle mounted on the runner body can be brought into or out of intimate contact with the mold. To accommodate the thermal expansion of the runner body only toward the extruder, a stopper is provided on the base frame.

摘要: An audio compression and decompression device of the present invention includes an LPF (102) which cuts off high frequency components existing at a high-frequency band of the digital audio data before compressed which are inputted to an ADPCM circuit (101) when the digital audio data are compressed or decompressed by the ADPCM method, thereby reducing quantization noises on the high-frequency band, occurring in the digital audio data after decompressed due to an increase of the compression ratio. 摘要: A flared connection structure of a pipe end portion is provided. The structure includes a bridge flare with a spool portion with a U-shape or V-shape section that bulges outwardly to define front and rear inclined faces. 摘要: A laser machining process and an apparatus therefor, in which a main sensor is moved for scanning relative to a scanning model having a machining pattern depicted thereon, and a laser beam generator is moved, in synchronization with this scanning, relative to a work piece comprising a rubbery material so as to effect laser beam irradiation on the work piece in accordance with the pattern detected by the main sensor; characterized in that said main sensor has a sub-sensor for detecting the machining pattern prior to the detection by the main sensor and that control of the output of the laser beam generator is achieved by stepwise shifting in accordance with the pattern detection by these sub-sensor and main sensor, whereby multi-stepped protrusions are formed on the surface of the work piece. The scanning model and the work piece may be loaded on the same table for moving them synchronously for the scanning and the laser beam irradiation, respectively; or alternatively they may be loaded on separate disc-shaped tables which are driven in the opposite directions for obtaining a negative from a positive pattern or in the same direction for reproducing the original pattern as multi-stepped protrusions.
