摘要: A wire fixing jig for arranging and fixing covered wires when intersection portions thereof are welded. The jig has a jig body on which the covered wires are arranged, supporting portions for supporting the covered wires are formed around the intersection portions to be welded. These portions are located at a predetermined pitch from a corresponding one of the intersection portions, at both sides in the longitudinal direction thereof and for ensuring a space that allows a core part of each of the intersection portions, which are pressurized when welded, to spread out, and through holes through which welding device is inserted when the intersection portions of the covered wires are welded to each other.

摘要: In order to waterproof a terminal connecting portion of a sheathed wire, in which a terminal fitting and a bare conductor of the sheathed wire are connected with each other, the terminal connecting portion of the sheathed wire is placed into a molding cavity of a molding die such that a bottom face of the terminal connecting portion is closely brought into contact with one of inner faces of the molding cavity. Then molten molding resin is injected into the molding cavity such that a bottom face of a solidified molding resin and the bottom face of the terminal connecting portion define an identical plane.

摘要: An absorption heat pump performs cooling and/or heating by using outside air as a radiation source and an absorption source. An absorber is inserted in a solution circulation path and a refrigerant path, absorbs refrigerant vapor in a solution, and ejects refrigerant vapor. An outside air coil for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and the outside air and a room coil for performing heating exchange between the coolant and a heating medium from a load inside the room are disposed, and one of them functions as a condenser in cooling or heating. The condensed refrigerant from the condenser is led into the absorber so as to cool the absorber. The refrigerant vapor generated in the regenerator and the refrigerant vapor generated in the absorber which is inserted in the solution circulation path are mixed and supplied to the condenser. Therefore, it is possible to simplify components of the heat pump and to contribute toward making the heat pump compact.

摘要: The present invention provides an agent serving as oxidant and dopant in which it does not generate precipitates in a state of an alcohol solution for a certain period of time and the oxidizing power is not too strong. By using the same, the present invention provides a conductive polymer having a high conductivity and heat resistance. By using the same, the present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor reliable under a high temperature condition. The present invention provides an agent serving as oxidant and dopant for conductive polymer production, the agent serving as oxidant and dopant comprising: a ferric salt of acids comprising a benzene sulfonic acid derivative represented by formula (1) and sulfuric acid. “R” represents an alkyl or alkoxy group having a carbon number of 1 to 4. More than 90 mole % of the benzene sulfonic acid derivative have R at the para position with respect to the SO3H group. Sulfuric acid is contained at 0.05 to 1.5 mass % in the acids. An alkali metal and alkali earth metal as an inorganic alkali component are included at a total content of 300 ppm or less (based on mass). ammonia and an amine as an organic alkali component are included at a total content of 0.01 mole % or less. A pH value is 1.5 to 3.0 when the agent serving as oxidant and dopant is made into an aqueous solution at a concentration of 8 mass %.

摘要: Intersected portions (C) of coated electric wires 20 and (21) are sandwiched and pressurized between a horn-side chip (11) and an anvil-side chip (12) (sandwiching step). Ultrasonic vibration force determined by a first vibration condition is applied to the horn-side chip (11) to melt insulators (20a) and (21a) of the coated electric wires (20) and (21) (insulator-melting step). A time point when conductors (20b) and (21b) of the coated electric wires (20) and (21) come into contact with each other is automatically detected by the melting of the insulators (20a) and (21a) (conductor contact-detecting step). After the conductors came into contact with each other, ultrasonic vibration force determined by a second vibration condition is applied to the horn-side chip (11), thereby bonding the conductors (20b) and (21b) to each other (conductor-bonding step).
