    摘要: Scroll compressors (1) may include a housing (2, 3) having an inlet port (3a) and an outlet port (3b). A drive scroll (10) may be rotatably disposed within the housing and may have a rotational axis. A driven scroll (20) may be rotatably disposed within the housing and may have a rotational axis. The driven scroll rotational axis preferably is offset with respect to the drive scroll rotational axis. Further, at least one compression chamber (30) is preferably defined between the drive scroll and the driven scroll. First bearings (14, 16, 16a) may rotatably support one of the drive scroll and the driven scroll in a straddle manner. A second bearing (24) may rotatably support the other of the drive scroll and the driven scroll in a cantilever manner. A transmission (31, 131, 231 and 331) or other device may be provided to rotate the driven scroll in synchronism with the drive scroll.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor having a front housing, a rear housing, an intermediate outer shell portion arranged between the front and rear housing to form an integral stationary scroll element having a stationary end plate and a stationary spiral member, a movable scroll element having a movable end plate and a movable spiral element and being engaged with the stationary scroll element to define a plurality of compression chambers shifting and reducing in volume to compress refrigerant gas, containing therein an oil component, in response to an orbiting motion of the movable scroll element, a suction port formed in the intermediate outer shell portion to directly introduce the refrigerant gas into the compression chambers, and a discharge chamber in which the refrigerant gas after compression is discharged from the compression chambers. The rear housing having an oil-separating chamber for separating the oil component from the refrigerant gas after compression and an oil-storing chamber for storing therein the separated oil to be supplied to the interior of the front housing via an oil passage formed in the intermediate outer shell to cool and lubricate movable elements and portions of the compressor.

    摘要: The scroll type compressor includes a stationary and orbiting scroll members, of which the spiral elements are interfit at an offset angle to form line contacts defining at least one fluid pocket, and an anti-spin mechanism for causing the orbiting member to orbit within the stationary member. A drive shaft is rotatably supported in a housing, and has an outer end a cylindrical inner end and, depending upon the embodiment, either a crank pin or a sliding guide portion projecting axially inward from its inner end. A drive bush couples the drive shaft to the orbiting scroll member, and has either a circular aperture for receiving the crank pin or an engaging slotted recess for receiving the sliding guide portion, as the case may be, whereby the drive bush is either pivotable or slidable with respect to the drive shaft. A counterweight is mounted on either the crank pin or the sliding guide portion between the drive bush and the drive shaft, and is coupled to the drive bush for conjoint movement therewith. The counterweight has a cylindrical recess for receiving the cylindrical inner end of the drive shaft, with a clearance maintained between the radially inner perimeter of the recess and the radially outer perimeter of the inner end of the drive shaft, so as to allow the drive bush and counterweight either to pivot relative to the crank pin or to slide relative to the sliding guide portion, depending upon the embodiment.

    摘要: The waste heat recovery system of an engine includes a Rankine cycle, a first bypass passage, a first valve and a control unit. The Rankine cycle allows a working fluid to circulate therethrough. The Rankine cycle has a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, an expander and a condenser. The first heat exchanger exchange heat between the working fluid and the engine or a first intermediate medium exchanging heat with the engine. The first bypass passage allows the working fluid to pass therethrough. One end of the first bypass passage is located at an upstream side of the condenser and the other end is located at a downstream side of the condenser. The first valve opens and closes the first bypass passage. When temperature of the engine or the first intermediate medium is lower than a first predetermined value, the control unit opens the first valve.

    摘要: A waste heat regeneration system for a vehicle having a vehicle engine actuated by a start-stop switch includes Rankine cycle circuit, a motor generator, a by-pass circuit and a control device. The Rankine cycle circuit includes a pump, a boiler heating the heat medium by heat exchanging with waste heat generated by the vehicle engine, an expansion device and a condenser. The by-pass circuit is connected to the Rankine cycle circuit at the upstream and downstream sides of the condenser and the communication of the heat medium is openable and closable therethrough. When the start-stop switch of the vehicle engine is turned off, the control device controls the by-pass circuit to communicate the heat medium therethrough and keeps controlling of the rotational speed of the motor generator until pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the expansion device is decreased to a predetermined level, and then stops the control.

    摘要: A variable displacement compressor for efficiently cooling and lubricating seals arranged on a rotary shaft. The seals are arranged at end portions of the rotary shaft that project from a housing of the compressor. A first lubrication chamber is defined by a first seal in the housing around the front end portion of the rotary shaft. A second lubrication chamber is defined by a second seal in the housing around the rear end portion of the rotary shaft. A shaft passage extends through the rotary shaft to connect the first and second lubrication chambers. Refrigerant gas including lubricating oil flows from a crank chamber to a suction chamber via the first lubrication chamber, the shaft passage, and the second lubrication chamber. This efficiently cools and lubricates the seals.
