摘要: A liquid crystal display panel (11R) is provided with, from a light source side, a MLA substrate (31) having a microlens array (37), an opposed substrate (32) having transparent common electrodes (41) formed thereon, a liquid crystal layer (33), and a TFT substrate (34) having transparent pixel electrodes associated with each pixel. The microlens array focuses the incident light onto the corresponding pixel electrodes. A light source side surface of the opposed substrate is provided with a retardation compensation layer (39). Since the light passes through the retardation compensation layer and the liquid crystal layer at the same angle even if the light diffracts and diffuses on the microlens array, leakage of light is prevented.

摘要: The present invention provides a scaffold in which cells can be stably retained and grafted in a uniform distribution state in the culture, preferable proliferation ability and viability can be secured, and particularly in the case of cartilage, fixation treatment such as suture can be carried out in the transplantation into affected parts after the culture, and the mechanical strength is provided sustainable for (weighted) compression at the initial stage of transplantation. The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional porous scaffold for tissue regeneration which comprises a structure composed of vertically long-shaped pores having a pore diameter of not less than 10 μm to not more than 500 μm and pore length of not less than 20 μm to not more than 1 cm being juxtaposedly arranged obtained by a production process comprising rapid freeze-drying as a key technology. Further, the invention relates to the above 3-dimensional porous scaffold in which seeding properties of cells are improved by a pore enlargement treatment of one side face by a separation operation, a salt elution operation of a surface part, or a combination of these operations. It becomes possible to produce a 3-dimensional cell combination having excellent degree of tissue formation and medical treatment effect by seeding a cell or precursor cell derived from a tissue in this scaffold, and culturing them in an artificial environment and/or the living body.

摘要: An MD 107 is feed to a fixed position in a device by a case-stored recording medium disk loading mechanism having a slit mechanism 125, an MD holder feeding arm 108 and the like. The disk 107 is loaded onto a turntable 131. A drive plate 101 is provided which is driven in a coupled manner and refuges a non case-stored recording medium disk loading mechanism, which has a CD clamp 104 and a CD adapter 106, to a position which does not interfere with the loading of the MD 107 onto the turntable 131.

摘要: A disk device is comprised of a feed roller displacement mechanism which displaces a position of a feed roller 11 to a position lower than a position when a CD 200 is inserted. When a CD 200 is ejected from the turntable, the position of the feed roller 11 displaced downwardly is returned to an initial insertion position.

摘要: An improved x-ray analyzer may be portable to permit on-site or outdoor analysis without the possibility of emitting harmful x-rays. A housing of the analyzer contains an x-ray generation system for generating x-rays and irradiating the x-rays onto a sample under analysis, an x-ray detection system for detecting x-rays emitted by the sample in response to irradiation of the sample by x-rays by the x-ray generation system, and a safety mechanism for permitting x-rays to be emitted from the housing only when a sample is under analysis. A normally-closed shutter is disposed between the x-ray generation system and a measurement window mounted to the housing through which x-rays are emitted. The safety mechanism includes a first switch which permits the shutter to be opened only when the housing is in contact with a sample under analysis so as to prevent the emission of x-rays from the housing when the housing is not in contact with a sample under analysis. The first switch is a pressure-actuated micro-switch mounted proximate the measurement window so as to become actuated when the measurement window is brought into contact with the sample under analysis to permit opening of the shutter. A hand grip is preferably mounted to the housing and has a second switch mounted thereto and actuatable when the hand grip is engaged by a user's hand to prevent opening of the shutter when the second switch is engaged.

摘要: A frequency division multiplexing system is disclosed having a plurality of individual modulators which modulate respective modulating signals onto respective carrier frequencies. The carrier frequencies are selected to have a frequency separation so that when modulated signals are combined, significant parts thereof do not overlap in frequency. The combined modulated signals are filtered by comb filters which suppress portions of the frequency spectra intermediate the significant portions.

摘要: It is an object to enable easily adjusting a focus position for coping with thermal lens effects. There is provided a laser-light scanning portion including a Z-axis scanner capable of adjusting the focus position of laser light in the direction of the optical axis, an X-axis scanner and a Y-axis scanner. Further, there are provided a laser driving control portion for controlling a laser oscillation portion and the laser-light scanning portion, a processing-condition setting portion for setting a laser-light outputting condition and a processing pattern as processing conditions for processing in a desired processing pattern, and an amount-of-correction identification section for identifying, as an amount of focus-position correction, the deviation of the focus position in the direction of the optical axis which is caused by thermal lens effects induced based on the laser-light outputting condition set by the processing-condition setting portion. During irradiation of the laser light, the laser driving control portion scans the laser light, in such a way as to add the amount of focus-position correction identified by the amount-of-correction identification section to the processing condition set by the processing-condition setting portion.
