摘要： The present invention allows the compatibility with general-purpose data recording/reproducing by use of conventional media systems, and at the same time, allows the construction of a recording/reproducing system which satisfies the demands for the increase in storage capacity, the construction of a proper management system, the compatibility with special information recording, and the solving of problems with conventional models (recording/reproducing apparatuses). The audio track and data track in the data area are managed by the second management data in the management area on the recording medium and the data track records data and the first management data for managing the se data. In addition, the audio track and the second management data are modulated by the first modulating scheme and the data track is modulated by the second modulating scheme before being recorded.

摘要： A post-processing apparatus which has a trimming apparatus for trimming an edge of sheets to make booklets, wherein the trimming apparatus has an inserting means for insertion of sheets into trimming process section of the trimming apparatus, an edge sustaining member and an edge holding member for pinching the vicinity of the edge of the sheet during the trimming process and a shifting means to make the opening size variable for receiving sheets by changing the relative position between the edge holding member and the edge sustaining member and a controller for controlling the shifting means to change the opening size between the edge holding member and the edge sustaining member according to the number of the sheets to be trimmed.

摘要： A pilot injection device for a fuel injection pump has an accumulate piston movable in response to a fuel pressure from a pressurizing chamber of the fuel injection pump to cause a pilot injection prior to a main injection by the pump. The device is provided with a back-pressure chamber filled with fuel and having a volume variable by the movement of the accumulate piston. Air trapped in the back-pressure chamber can be removed therefrom through a hole to improve the operation characteristic of the pilot injection device.
