Abstract: Example techniques, systems, and devices select one or more portions of EGM signal data for presentation based on an identified cardiac episode type of the EGM signal data. For example, one or more processors are configured to receive cardiac electrogram (EGM) signal data collected from a medical device associated with a patient. The EGM signal data may include a detected cardiac episode identified as one of a plurality of episode types. The one or more processors may also be configured to select, based on the identified one of the plurality of episode types, one or more portions of the EGM signal data associated with the detected cardiac episode, and output the selected one or more portions of the EGM signal data.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to systems and techniques configured to apply at least one criterion to health event data stored in a record for a patient for determining whether to remove at least a portion of the health event data from the record or retain that portion as an accurate reflection of patient health for that point-in-time. The health event data includes adjudicated health events and non-adjudicated health events over a first time period. Based on a determination that the health event data satisfies the at least one criterion, the example technique may direct the example system to remove the health event data corresponding to the adjudicated health events and the non-adjudicated health events from the record and then, adjust longitudinal diagnostic information of a second time period that includes the first time period.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for detecting change in patient health and if a change in patient health is detected, direct a medical device to generate for display output indicating the detection of the change in patient health. An example medical system or technique applies a model to values of configurable settings that are programmed into detection logic of a medical device; based on the application, determine whether modified values of the configurable settings, when implemented by the detection logic, would change a determination, by the medical device, regarding whether sensed physiological activity is indicative of cardiac episode for a patient; and in response to a determination that the modified values would change the determination regarding whether the sensed physiological activity is indicative of the cardiac episode for the patient, generate output data indicative of the modified values for the configurable settings for the medical device.

Abstract: A method for differentiating heart failure risk scores that includes receiving a current data transmission and acquiring patient metrics from a remote device, determining a daily heart failure risk score for each day occurring during a time period from a previous received data transmission to the current received data transmission based on the acquired patient metrics, determining a maximum daily heart failure risk score of the determined daily heart failure risk scores during a lookback window prior to the current received data transmission, determining a heart failure risk status alert for the received data transmission based on the temporal proximity of the determined maximum heart failure risk score and receipt of the current data transmission, selecting a type of notification based on the heart failure risk status differentiation, and indicating the transmission heart failure risk status and the heart failure risk status differentiation via the selected type of notification.

Abstract: Systems, devices disclosed provide example methods comprising determining that a triggering event has occurred based on statuses for a set of physiological parameters associated with the patient, the physiological parameters indicative of the patient engaging in a patient initiated physical activity, generating a trigger output signal in response to the determination that the triggering event has occurred, wirelessly transmitting the trigger output signal to a pressure sensing device implanted in a vessel of the patient, triggering, based on receiving the trigger output signal, the pressure sensing device to sense a cardiovascular pressure of the patient; and transmitting, by the pressure sensing device, a wireless signal comprising data corresponding to the sensed cardiovascular pressure of the patient.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to devices, systems, and techniques for determining an efficacy of a treatment program. For example, a medical device system includes a medical device including one or more sensors configured to generate a signal that indicates a parameter of a patient. Additionally, the medical device system includes processing circuitry configured to receive data indicative of a user selection of a reference time; determine a plurality of parameter values of the parameter based on a portion of the signal corresponding to a period of time including the reference time. Additionally, the processing circuitry is configured to identify, based on a first set of parameter values, a reference parameter value, calculate a parameter change value, and determine, based on the parameter change value, whether an improvement or a worsening of the patient has occurred responsive to a treatment administered beginning at the reference time.
