A location setter (241) displays on a display a floor plane that shows an inside of a home and an icon that is associated with the appliance based on the acquired appliance information, and positions the icon on the floor plane in accordance with a user operation. A measurement requestor (242) acquires a radio quality index for the appliance corresponding to the icon positioned on the floor plan from the home controller. A measurement result display (243) changes a display mode of the icon positioned on the floor plan, in accordance with the radio quality index acquired for the appliance.

An electric device determiner determines whether the electric device meets a specific condition based on the standardized information included in the received standardized telegraphic message. When the electric device is determined to meet the specific condition, an unstandardized telegraphic message sender sends the unstandardized telegraphic message including the unstandardized information. An unstandardized telegraphic message receiver receives the unstandardized telegraphic message including the unstandardized information.

Upon a determination that the information displayed in the first display region includes information concerning a specific apparatus among the plurality of apparatuses, the display displays with relative emphasis an image indicating the specific apparatus in the second display region.

摘要: A monitoring system includes electric devices, communication adaptors communicably connecting the electric devices with a network, and a monitoring device monitoring the status of each electric device. 摘要: A device information acquirer acquires device information of each electrical device of a plurality of electrical devices from a control apparatus. A device information display associates and displays on a screen an identifier, an expected installation location, and a device state for each electrical device based on the device information of each electrical device acquired by the device information acquirer. The device information acquirer acquires from the control apparatus the device state information of an electrical device of interest newly collected by the control apparatus after the electrical device installed at the expected installation location of the electrical device of interest is operated by the user. The device information display explicitly shows on the screen whether the device state of the electrical device has changed due to the operation by the user based on the device state information of the electrical device of interest acquired by the device information acquirer.

摘要: A control apparatus is configured to control a control target device among load devices for which power supply from an electricity storage apparatus is controlled based on total power consumption of the load devices. The control apparatus includes a power monitor and a device controller. The power monitor is configured to acquire a value of the total power consumption of the load devices. The device controller is configured to control the control target device to change the power consumption of the control target device so that the value of the total power consumption changes to a value having a level where the electricity storage apparatus supplies the power to the load devices when the value of the total power consumption acquired by the power monitor is at a level where the power is not supplied from the electricity storage apparatus to the electrical devices.

摘要: A remote operation receiver (111) is configured to communicate with a communication terminal and receive a remote operation from outside a home. A notifier (114) is configured to provide in the home guidance to urge a user to conduct a manual operation on a manual operation receiver (121) when the remote operation monitor (112) detects that the communication with the communication terminal is discontinued. Then, an indoor device (10) is configured to make a shift to normal operation upon reception of the manual operation within a reference time period. An abnormal remote operation processor (124) is configured to set an extended time period corresponding to an operation state and then make a transition of the indoor device (10) to a safe operation when no manual operation is received even if the reference time period has elapsed.
