    摘要： The present invention relates to an ice-making device for a refrigerator. An ice-making device for a refrigerator according to the present invention comprises an ice maker 161 for making ice, which is provided on a backside of a door 131 of the refrigerator; and an ice maker cover 171 for selectively opening or closing the ice maker 161. Fixing recesses 173 are formed to be open downwardly on outsides of both sides of the ice maker cover 171, and receive fixing protrusions 135a provided at corresponding positions on opposite sides of a pair of support steps 135 that protrude rearward from both side ends of the backside of the door 131 by a predetermined length and are formed to be elongated in an up and down direction. Play prevention steps 179 are provided at lower ends of both sides of the ice maker cover 171 and are seated on play prevention ribs 135c provided to be elongated in a horizontal direction at corresponding positions of the opposite sides of the support steps 135 below the fixing protrusions 135a. According to the present invention, there are advantages in that a storage capacity of a refrigerator can be used to the full extent, smell of food can be prevented from permeating ice in a process of making ice, and it is possible to prevent the ice maker cover from playing.

    摘要： The formation of an alignment key for overlay measurement of a semiconductor device formed by sequentially forming an inter-metal dielectric layer and a capping layer over a semiconductor substrate, and patterning the inter-metal dielectric layer and a capping layer at an alignment key region to thereby form an alignment key hole. A metal layer may then be deposited over the semiconductor substrate including alignment key hole and then an uppermost surface of the deposited metal layer may then be polished to thereby form the alignment key having a step. Accordingly, a dishing phenomenon occurring at the time of polishing using a capping layer can be prevented and an alignment key having a desired step can be formed.

    摘要： The present invention relates to an ice-making device for a refrigerator. The present invention provides an ice-making device for a refrigerator including a main body having a storage space and a door selectively opening or closing the storage space. The ice-making device comprises an ice maker installed on a backside of the door and making ice; a cold air duct provided in one side of the storage space and supplying the ice maker with a portion of cold air supplied to the storage space; an ice maker cover detachably installed on the backside of the door to selectively open or close the ice maker; and an ice bank detachably installed on the backside of the door below the ice maker, the ice bank storing ice made in the ice maker and transferring it to a dispenser provided on the door. According to the present invention, there is an advantageous in that a storage capacity of a refrigerator can be used to the full extent, and smell of food can be prevented from permeating ice in a process of making ice.

    摘要： An air discharge valve for a bedclothes compressing-and-storing bag includes a lower main body having an air passage and a packing-receiving groove. An upper body is coupled to the lower main body to define an internal space. The upper body has a plurality of air discharge holes and a central guide opening. A valve body positioned in the internal space and slidably inserted into the guide opening of the upper body for movement between an open position and a closed position. A packing is fitted to the packing-receiving groove of the lower main body, the packing provided with an outer flange portion and an inner flange portion. A top cover is fitted to the valve body for movement together with the valve body, the top cover shaped and sized to close off the air discharge holes of the upper body when the valve body is in the closed position.
