Abstract: A laminated core includes a plurality of electrical steel sheets which are stacked on each other and of each of which both surfaces are coated with an insulation coating; and an adhesion part which is provided between the electrical steel sheets adjacent in the stacking direction and adheres the electrical steel sheets to each other, wherein an adhesive for forming the adhesion part includes a first phase and a second phase, wherein the adhesion part has a sea-island structure of the first phase which is a sea structure portion and the second phase which is an island structure portion, wherein the first phase contains an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, and a curing agent, wherein the first phase has an SP value of 8.5 to 10.7 (cal/cm3)1/2, wherein the second phase contains an elastomer, and wherein the second phase has an SP value of 7.5 to 8.4 (cal/cm3)1/2.

In the grain oriented electrical steel, when a surface of the intermediate oxide film layer is analyzed by an infrared reflection spectroscopy, a peak intensity IA at 1250 cm−1 and a peak intensity IB at 1200 cm−1 satisfy IB/IA≥0.010.

Abstract: There is provided a non-oriented electrical steel sheet that includes a base metal steel sheet and an insulating coating film that is formed on a surface of the base metal steel sheet, wherein the insulating coating film mainly contains metal phosphate, organic resin, and water-soluble organic compound, the water-soluble organic compound has an SP value that is within a range of 10.0 to 20.0 (cal/cm3)1/2, the metal phosphate contains aluminum and zinc as metallic elements, and when measurement by an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is performed from a surface of the insulating coating film in a thickness direction of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet, a depth at which a strength of a 2p peak of zinc reaches a maximum is present closer to the surface side than a depth at which a strength of a 2p peak of aluminum reaches a maximum, and a maximum value of the strength of the 2p peak of zinc is 1 to 20 times a strength of the 2p peak of aluminum at the depth at which the strength of the 2p peak of zinc reaches a maximum.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a silicon steel material production process of producing a silicon steel material; a hot rolling process of obtaining a hot rolled sheet by subjecting the silicon steel material to hot rolling; a cold rolling process of obtaining a steel sheet of a final sheet thickness by subjecting the hot rolled sheet to a single cold rolling process or multiple cold rolling processes having intermediate annealing performed between the cold rolling processes; a decarburization annealing process of subjecting the steel sheet to decarburization annealing; and a final annealing process of applying an annealing separator containing alumina as a main component to the steel sheet and subjecting the steel sheet to final annealing. The silicon steel material contains: in terms of mass %, Si: 0.8 to 7.0%; C: 0.085% or less; acid-soluble Al: 0.010 to 0.065%; N: 0.004 to 0.012%; Mn: 1.00% or less; S: 0.050% or less; a total of 0.01 to 0.20% of one or both of Sn and Sb; and the remainder: Fe and impurities.

Abstract: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of this invention includes a base metal steel sheet and a composite coating film composed of a Zn-containing phosphate and an organic resin, the composite coating film being formed on a surface of the base metal steel sheet. A molar ratio of Zn to all metal components in the composite coating film is 10 mol % or more, and after the non-oriented electrical steel sheet is boiled for 20 minutes in boiled distilled water, an amount of soluble Zn in the distilled water is 1.0 mg/m2 or more. The method for determining the amount of soluble Zn is in accordance with JIS K 0102: 2016 “Testing Methods for Industrial Wastewater”, 53.3 “ICP Emission Spectroscopy”.
