摘要: Provided is a grain oriented electrical steel sheet including a base metal steel sheet, an intermediate layer and an insulation coating, wherein: the intermediate layer is an oxide film; an average thickness of the oxide film is 2-500 nm; the insulation coating is a phosphate coating; an average thickness of the insulation coating is 0.1-10 μm. When grazing incidence X-ray diffraction is performed on the phosphate coating using a Co-Kα excitation source, the X-ray diffraction pattern has a diffraction peak originating from cristobalite-type aluminum phosphate at a diffraction angle of 2θ=24.8°; a half value width FWHM0.5 of the diffraction peak under a diffraction condition with an X-ray incident angle ω=0.5° and a half value width FWHM1.0 of the diffraction peak under a diffraction condition with an X-ray incident angle ω=1.0° satisfy 0.20°≤FWHM0.5≤2.00°, 0.20°≤FWHM1.0≤2.00°, and 0°≤|F.WHM0.5−FWHM1.0|≤1.00°.

摘要: Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties and excellent in adhesion of a primary coating to the steel sheet is provided. The grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided with a base steel sheet having a chemical composition containing C: 0.005% or less, Si: 2.5 to 4.5%, Mn: 0.050 to 1.000%, a total of S and Se: 0.005% or less, sol. Al: 0.005% or less, and N: 0.005% or less and having a balance of Fe and impurities and a primary coating having Mg2 SiO4 as a main constituent formed on a surface of the base steel sheet. A peak position of Al emission intensity obtained when conducting elemental analysis by glow discharge spectrometry from a surface of the primary coating in a thickness direction is present in a range of 2.0 to 12.0 µm from a surface of the primary coating to the thickness direction. A sum of perimeters of the Al oxides at the peak position of Al emission intensity is 0.20 to 1.00 µm/µm2, and a number density of Al oxides is 0.02 to 0.20 /µm2.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: heating a steel slab having a prescribed chemical composition to lower than 1250° C. and subjecting the steel slab to hot rolling to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet; performing hot-band annealing on the hot-rolled steel sheet; pickling the hot-rolled steel sheet which has been subjected to the hot-band annealing; subjecting the hot-rolled steel sheet which has been subjected to the pickling to cold rolling to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet having a final sheet thickness d of 0.15 to 0.23 mm; performing a decarburization nitriding treatment including decarburization annealing and nitriding on the cold-rolled steel sheet; performing final annealing on the cold-rolled steel sheet which has been subjected to the decarburization nitriding treatment; and then applying a coating liquid for insulation coating formation to the cold-rolled steel sheet which has been subjected to the final annealing and baking the cold-rolled steel sheet. Sol. Al/N which is a mass ratio between Sol. Al and N in the steel slab and the final sheet thickness d satisfy a prescribed relational expression, the N content of the cold-rolled steel sheet which has been subjected to the decarburization nitriding treatment is 40 to 1000 ppm, and a decarburization annealing temperature in the decarburization annealing is lower than 1000° C.
