    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and devices for locating a plurality of interested objects in CT imaging. Location of the interested objects in the three-dimensional space can be determined by using three projection images that are substantially perpendicular to each other. The method can rapidly locate interested objects in a CT image without pre-reconstruction of the CT image even if there are a plurality of interested objects in the field of view. The algorithm does not involve interactive steps. The method is rapid and effective, and thus applicable to industrial applications.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a terahertz mixer, a method of manufacturing the terahertz mixer, and an electronic device including the mixer. The terahertz mixer includes: a cavity for forming a radio frequency input waveguide and a local oscillator input waveguide, and for accommodating a microstrip line; the microstrip line formed on at least a part of an inner surface of the cavity by using a semiconductor growth process, wherein the microstrip line extends into a portion of the cavity where the radio frequency input waveguide is located so as to form a microstrip antenna for receiving a radio frequency input signal, and into a portion of the cavity where the local oscillator input waveguide is located so as to form a microstrip antenna for receiving a local oscillator input signal.

    Abstract: A human body security inspection apparatus, a method of operating the same, and an associated filter device are disclosed. The human body security inspection apparatus includes a radiation beam exit configured for emitting a radiation beam; a beam guiding box configured for guiding the radiation beam; and a filter device configured between the radiation beam exit and the beam guiding box. The filter device includes a housing and a filter cage having a central axis. The filter cage is formed by arranging two or more pairs of filtering sheets, which are made of different materials and/or have different thicknesses, in an encircling way. The filter cage is rotatable about its central axis such that at least one pair of filtering sheets is capable of filtering the radiation beam to adjust an outputted dosage of the radiation beam of the human body security inspection apparatus.

    Abstract: This invention provides a scan method, scan system and radiation scan controller, and relates to the field of radiation. The scanning method includes obtaining detection data of an object to be inspected under radiation scanning using a detector, adjusting an accelerator output beam dose rate and/or an output electron beam energy level of a radiation emission device according to the detection data. With this method, working conditions of the accelerator of the radiation emission device may be adjusted according to the detection data detected by the detector, so that for a region having a larger mass thickness, a higher output beam dose rate or a higher electron beam output energy level is adopted to guarantee satisfied imaging technical indexes, for a region having a smaller mass thickness, a lower output beam dose rate or a lower electron beam output energy level is adopted to reduce the environmental dose level while guaranteeing satisfied imaging technical indexes.
