    Abstract: An expectation value estimation method for a quantum system includes: acquiring an output quantum state of n qubits obtained from an input quantum state of the n qubits through a noisy parameterized quantum circuit (PQC); post-processing the output quantum state of the n qubits by using a neural network to obtain expectation values of a plurality of Pauli strings which are obtained by decomposing a target function; calculating an expectation value of the target function under the output quantum state of the n qubits according to the expectation values of the plurality of Pauli strings; adjusting at least a parameter of the neural network until the expectation value of the target function converges; and acquiring, when the expectation value of the target function satisfies a convergence condition, a convergent expectation value of the target function, the convergent expectation value being an expectation value that satisfies the convergence condition.

    Abstract: A thermalized state preparation method under a quantum system, a device and a storage medium relate to the field of quantum technologies. The method includes: acquiring a transformation process performed by a parameterized quantum circuit on an input quantum state of combined qubits to obtain n sets of measurement results (210); processing the second measurement results through a neural network to obtain weight parameters (220); computing a correlation function value of a mixed state of the target quantum system based on the weight parameters and the first measurement results (230); and computing an expected value of an objective function based on the correlation function value (240); adjusting variational parameters taking an expected value convergence of the objective function as a goal (250); and acquiring, under a condition that the expected value satisfies a convergence condition, the mixed state to approximately characterize a thermalized state of the target quantum system (260).

    Abstract: A computer system prepares an initial state of a quantum many-body system through a preparation circuit. The quantum many-body system includes a plurality of qubits. The system processes the initial state through a parameterized quantum circuit (PQC) to obtain an output state of the PQC. The output state of the PQC is used for representing an eigenstate of the quantum many-body system. The system measures the output state of the PQC through a measurement circuit. The system obtains a target parameter index based on a measurement result. The target parameter index is used for determining whether the quantum many-body system is in a many-body localization state. In accordance with a determination that the target parameter index satisfies a condition, the system determines that the quantum many-body system is in the many-body localization state.
