Abstract:
Disclosed are a base station and a mobile station which communicate with each other using a frame comprising one or more downlink subframes and one or more uplink subframes. The base station transmits a data burst in a subframe corresponding to a downlink subframe index of a frame corresponding to a first frame index. The mobile station transmits a feedback for the data burst in a subframe corresponding to an uplink subframe index of a frame corresponding to a second frame index. The second frame index and the uplink subframe index are determined by a parameter value. The parameter value is determined by a difference between radio signal processing time and the number of the one or more uplink subframes.
Abstract:
Provided is a method in which a terminal conducts an operation for retransmission using a frame divided into downlink subframes and uplink subframes, the method including: receiving a data burst transmitted from a base station; determining a feedback frame offset based on the relationship between a range determined based on division information of the frame and a downlink subframe index in which the data burst has been transmitted; determining indices of a frame and uplink subframe for transmitting a feedback signal based on the frame offset; transmitting the feedback signal to the base station in the determined indices of the frame and uplink subframe; and if an NACK message is included in the feedback signal, receiving the data burst retransmitted from the base station.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a resource allocation method of a base station. The method includes generating a packet data unit that includes a first field and a downlink control message, wherein the first field indicates whether unsolicited resource is to be allocated for an uplink control message, transmitting the generated packet data unit to the terminal, allocating resources for the uplink control message, and transmitting the allocated resources to the terminal.

Abstract:
Provided is a paging method in a broadband wireless communication system. In order to provide a paging service to a terminal in a wireless communication system in which a macrocell base station and a femtocell base station coexist, the femtocell base station receives a deregistration request message from the terminal, and checks whether the femtocell base station can provide a paging service to the terminal. When failing to provide a paging service to the terminal, the femtocell base station receives paging service information from a paging controller, includes paging service information in a deregistration confirmation message, and transmits it to the terminal, and the macrocell base station provides a paging service to the terminal.
Abstract:
A mobile station receives a MIMO feedback mode bitmap and information on a MIMO feedback period. The mobile station estimates channel information corresponding to at least one MIMO feedback mode indicated by the MIMO feedback mode bitmap. The mobile station generates a MIMO feedback including the MIMO feedback mode bitmap and the channel information corresponding to the at least one MIMO feedback mode indicated by the MIMO feedback mode bitmap. The mobile station transmits the MIMO feedback at the advent of the MIMO feedback period.
Abstract:
A base station adds a paging message indicator representing a position of a frame to receive a paging advertisement message and a paging subgroup indicator representing a paging subgroup to which the paging advertisement message is to be transmitted to a PGID-INFO message and transmits the PGID-INFO message to a terminal, and the terminal determines whether a paging advertising message is to be transmitted using a paging message indicator and a paging subgroup indicator of the PGID-INFO message and a position of a frame to receive a paging advertisement message.

Abstract:
A method of allocating a resource by a base station is provided. The base station allocates a plurality of radio resources for transmitting a plurality of data bursts to a plurality of subframes in one frame, respectively, and generates a resource allocation information signal including allocation information on the plurality of radio resources. The base station transmits the resource allocation information signal to a mobile station through one subframe.
