    摘要: In a motor, one ends of a plurality of electric wires with the other ends connected to the motor side are connected to a terminal rod, and the terminal rod is exposed to the exterior of a motor casing via a terminal base. The terminal rod is provided with a flange portion and a crimping portion. A concave part is formed on an end surface of the crimping portion, and a communication part providing communication between an outer surface and the concave part is formed. The terminal base is provided with a depression to be fitted to the flange portion of the terminal rod, a seal portion having a diameter reduced from the depression, and a through portion passing from the seal portion through to the exterior of the motor casing. A seal member is put on the terminal rod. In a state that the electric wires are inserted into the concave part of the crimping portion, the outer surface of the crimping portion is pressurized, so that the electric wires are fixed to the crimping portion. With such a configuration, it is possible to reduce electric resistance between the electric wires from the motor side and the terminal rod and strongly combine the electric wires and the terminal rod.

    摘要: The present invention provides a screw compressor for refrigerating apparatus capable of controlling the rotational speed of a motor to be suitable for cooling heat load by simply controlling an inverter, without causing the overload of the motor. The screw compressor 1A for refrigerating apparatus 10A, which uses a motor 22 controlled by an inverter, as a driving portion, is provided with a suction pressure detector D3 as a heat load detecting means for detecting the cooling heat load; a motor coil temperature detector D1 as a means for detecting the load condition of the motor 22; and a controller 26 that decreases the rotational speed of the motor 22 if the capacity of the compressor is determined as excessive based on a pressure signal from the detector D3, maintains the rotational speed if the capacity is determined neither excessive nor lacking. In case that the capacity is determined as lacking, the controller 26 reduces the rotational speed if the load condition is determined as excessive based on a temperature signal from the detector D1 and increases the rotational speed in the other case.

    摘要: A screw rotor for a screw pump device includes a male rotor and a female rotor meashing with the male rotor and adapted to be driven by the male rotor, wherein a tooth profile of the female and male rotors is unsymmetrical such that the sum of absorbing torques of the female rotor is negative. Accordingly, a negative torque is always positively applied to the female rotor, thereby preventing the generation of abnormal noise and abnormal vibration due to collision of the tooth surfaces of both the rotors. As a result, a volumetric efficiency and an adiabatic efficiency can be improved.

    摘要: A screw compressor includes a pair of rotors housed in a rotor chamber. A gas sucked from an intake channel is compressed by the screw rotors and discharged from a discharge channel. A columnar space having a functional end face with an opening into an intermediate pressure section, which is an empty space in the rotor chamber and isolatable from both the intake channel and the discharge channel by the screw rotors. The functional end face has an opening into a bypass channel in communication with the discharge channel. A piston, inserted in the columnar space and brought into contact with the functional end face, separates the intermediate pressure section from the bypass channel when the piston contacts the functional end face. A pressure detection channel allows an area located on an opposite side of the functional end face in the columnar space to communicate with the discharge channel.
