    摘要: It is aimed to attain compatibility between a size reduction, a thickness reduction of a portable terminal and the ensuring of an energizing force is attained. An upper case 2 is coupled with a connecting portion 4 to proceed in a predetermined direction with respect to a lower case 3. Two cases 2, 3 have a close state in which they are overlapped mutually and an open state in which the upper case 2 is extended by moving in a predetermined direction. One end of a coil portion 33A is fixed to a second hole 46 and the other end of the coil portion 33A is fixed to a third hole 50, and the connecting portion 4 has a torsion coil spring 33 that applies an energizing force to two cases 2, 3 such that the cases 2, 3 are brought into the close state or the open state. The coil portion 33A is arranged in a clearance 56 that is formed by a part of two cases 2, 3 when the two cases oppose to each other in the moving direction, and the clearance 56 is arranged in a vicinity on a predetermined direction with respect to the third hole 50 in the close state.

    摘要: A semiconductor memory device having a memory cell array, an input buffer, an output buffer, and an input-output control circuit that receives a write control signal and controls the input and output buffers. The output buffer generates a commencement signal indicating commencement of output. A mask generating circuit generates a mask signal with delayed active-to-inactive transitions from the commencement signal. A masking circuit passes the write control signal to the input-output control circuit while the mask signal is inactive, and holds the write control signal in the write-disabling state while the mask signal is active. The mask signal prevents unintended writing of data in the memory cell array when the write control signal is contaminated by noise from the output buffer.

    摘要: To provide a generator capable of generating plasma and ozone with high efficiency and easy to handle, with a simple structure. An electrode part 10 is formed of electrodes 11 and 12 without dielectric material interposed therebetween. An arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 as a charge storage part for storing charge is connected in series to the electrode part 10. An AC power source 15 generating plasma by causing self-arc-extinguishing discharge between the electrodes 11 and 12 by applying AC voltage to charge and discharge the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13, is connected to both ends of a circuit in which the electrode part 10 and the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 are connected in series. The arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 and one electrode 12 of the electrode part 10 connected thereto are unitized, for making the electrode part multi-polarized. A unit is constituted of a floating electrode serving as both of the one electrode 12 of the electrode part 10 and one electrode of the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13, an insulating material provided around the floating electrode and a grounding electrode provided around the insulating material.

    摘要: A mobile terminal includes: a first body including an operation part; a second body including a display; and a connector which rotatably connects the first body and the second body. The connector is connected to the first body, and rotates with respect to the first body about a first rotating shaft. The connector is connected to a lateral end of the second body, and rotates with respect to the second body about a second rotating shaft orthogonal to the first rotating shaft. A first fitting portion is formed on a connected surface of the connector to be connected with the second body. A second fitting portion which is fitted to the first fitting portion, is formed on the second body. When the second body relatively rotates about the second rotating shaft to overlap the connector on the connected surface, the first fitting portion fits to the second fitting portion.
