    摘要: A process for producing a thin film of a fluoride comprising reacting a gaseous fluorinating agent and gas of a volatile organometallic compound in a gas phase in a reactor, wherein a plasma of the gaseous fluorinating agent obtained by activating the gaseous fluorinating agent by microwave under a condition of electron cyclotron resonance is used as a fluorine source, and the fluoride is deposited on a substrate by reacting the plasma of the gaseous fluorinating agent with the gas of a volatile organometallic compound at outside of an area of generation of the plasma. A thin film of a fluoride which contains very little impurities such as carbon, oxygen, and organic substances, and is highly pure, transparent, and consolidated is produced.

    摘要: The magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus of the present inventions comprises, in the order of a running direction of a magnetic tape supplied from a supply reel, a first vertical guide post located inside a tape running path at right angles to the tape running direction, a first inclined guide post having a predetermined inclination in the tape running direction located outside the tape running path, a second inclined guide post having a predetermined inclination in a direction opposite to the tape running direction located outside the tape running path, a second vertical guide post located inside the tape running path at right angles to the tape running direction, a rotary head cylinder having a predetermined inclination in the opposite direction to the tape running direction located outside the tape running path. The apparatus further comprises a third vertical guide post located inside the tape running path at right angles to the tape running direction, and a third inclined guide post having a predetermined inclination in the opposite direction to the tape running direction located outside the tape running path, whereby the inclined guide posts are substantially fixed to a chassis, accomplishing the positioning and inclination thereof with high accuracy, allowing the tape loading to be performed with a movement of minimal post members, thereby realizing highly accurate tape running performance and making the apparatus main body compact in size.

    摘要: In a cassette loading device of a compact, lightweight, thin type for use in a video tape player or the like, an opening lever is pivotally mounted on a stand, and is engaged in a cam groove with a top plate. With this arrangement, the opening lever is accommodated within a longitudinal dimension of a cassette, and therefore the loading device in the direction of the longitudinal dimension of the cassette can be greatly reduced. The cassette is moved through the pivotal movement of the top plate and arms, and with this arrangement operating switches and so on can be easily mounted on a plane of projection of the top plate. Therefore, the positional stability of the cassette loading device can be achieved, and the number of component parts can be reduced, thereby achieving a compact, lightweight construction of the cassette loading device.

    摘要: The relates to a loading mechanism which can realizes a miniaturized, light-weight and thin magnetic recording/playback apparatus. A running path of a magnetic tape from a position where the tape leaves out of a rotary head cylinder to a capstan is settled merely with roller posts without any fixed post, whereby a tape running load is considerably decreased. Because the loci of movement of take-up and supply loading boats which are respectively guided along associated loading guides correspond to the loci of revolution of drive shafts fixed on loading rings at take-up and supply sides, the loading boats can be driven directly by the drive shafts, whereby a simplified loading mechanism can be achieved.

    摘要: To produce a subject's image on an imager as accurately as possible, a technique that is effectively applicable to the process of assembling an optical system is provided.An imaging device includes: an imager; a plate member, to which the imager is attached; and a holding member configured to hold the plate member. The plate member has a first portion, through which at least one fixing hole has been cut, and a second portion, to which the imager is attached and through which at least one adjusting hole has been cut. The plate member is held by the holding member using a number of fastening members to be introduced through the at least one fixing hole and the at least one adjusting hole. When the first portion is fixed on the holding member, the fastening member that is introduced through the at least one adjusting hole adjusts the relative position of the second portion to the holding member.
