摘要: An internal vibrator for vibrating a plastic material such as concrete has a measuring device for determining certain operating parameters, e.g. for measuring the motion of a vibrating cylinder in which a device for generating vibrations is accommodated or a power consumption or speed of an electromotor belonging to the device for generating vibrations. Two acceleration sensors that are able to detect the acceleration values for the vibrating cylinder in the concrete to be vibrated are also suitable since this enables conclusions to be made about the result of the vibration. The measuring values of the acceleration sensor and a power measuring device are evaluated by an evaluation circuit and can be conveyed to the user via a display.

摘要: The invention relates to a two cycle engine comprising a lean lubrication system, whereby the lubrication oil is only applied in the area of a contact surface between a piston and a cylinder. An oil outlet is provided in or below a running surface pertaining to the cylinder for this purpose. An oil aerosol can be applied alternately, according to the position of the piston, onto the running surface of a shaft pertaining to the piston and onto the running surface of the cylinder via said oil outlet.

摘要: A device for generating directed vibrations has two centrifugal weights which are independently driven at the same speed of rotation but in opposite directions. The centrifugal weights are supported on a largely stiff carrier secured by a holder to a bracket. The holder allows the carrier to move relative to the bracket. When the centrifugal weights start moving, they become synchronized within a short period of time and generate vibrations which can be used in the desired manner via the bracket.

摘要: In a cast linerless single cylinder or multicylinder block made of an aluminum alloy and intended for use in internal combustion engines, the aluminum matrix contains embedded silicon particles, which protrude from the sliding surface of the cylinder. In order to distinctly reduce the cost of the mechanical machining of the entire surface of the single cylinder or multicylinder block, only the sliding surface of the cylinder is constituted by a fibrous body which contains interspersed silicon particles and infiltrated aluminum alloy.

摘要: The invention relates to a soil compacting system which comprises a travelling and steerable soil compacting device and a control device. The control device is provided with an area definition device which allows a user to establish an area to be compacted and the area boundaries. A position detecting device detects the actual position of the soil compacting device. A traveler changes the direction of travel of the soil compacting device by presetting a standard value for a travelling movement of the soil compacting device in such manner that the soil compacting device does not travel past the respective area boundary but continues its travel within the area. A path planning device may be provided for fixing a presetting for a travel way which makes sure that the soil compacting device, when keeping to the preset travel way, travels at least once completely across the area to be compacted.

摘要: The invention relates to an oil supply for an internal combustion engine, comprising an oil supply device for the supply of oil to a piston, reciprocating in a cylinder. The oil supply device is embodied such that at least at a point at which the piston is in the region of bottom dead centre, oil is introduced directly into a region below the piston, by means of the oil supply device, in particular, beneath the piston crown and within the piston skirt. The oil supply device thus comprises at least one tube element, extending into a region beneath the piston crown. The tube element terminates as close as possible to a gudgeon pin, when the piston is at bottom dead centre. A targeted lubrication of the mechanically and thermally highly loaded gudgeon pin can thus be guaranteed. It is also possible by means of the oil supply to supply transfer ports of a two-stroke engine with oil, counteracting a tendency to coke up.

摘要: A soil compacting device has a damping system which couples an upper mass and a lower mass together with a spring system in a vibration system. The damping properties of the damping system can be modified while the device is in operation. Therefore, when the soil compacting device passes over soils having different properties, it can constantly be adjusted in an optimal manner to the ground underneath it by acting on the vibration properties of the overall vibration system.
