    摘要: A frequency sensing control device controls current flow through an electrical load and includes a current control circuit to be connected to the electrical load, a logic signal generator having an input port and an output port connected to a control input of the current control circuit, an oscillator connected to the logic signal generator, and a sensing unit connected to the oscillator for sensing human presence. The current control circuit is operable in a normal mode, where the control input receives a first logic signal generated by the logic signal generator when the input port receives a high-frequency signal so as to enable the current control circuit to maintain an initial current flow through the electrical load, and a dimming mode, where the control input receives a second logic signal generated by the logic signal generator when the input port receives a low-frequency signal so as to enable the current control circuit to vary the current flow through the electrical load. The oscillator is operable so as to provide the high-frequency signal to the input port. The sensing unit generates the low-frequency signal, inhibits the oscillator from providing the high-frequency signal to the input port, and provides the low-frequency signal to the input port via the oscillator.

Also described is a device for carrying out the above process.

    摘要: An explosion-proof and flameproof ejection type safety surge-absorbing module includes a protective member and a surge-absorbing unit. The protective member includes a base and an upper lid coupled with the base. The base has two corresponding partitions extending upwards. The surge-absorbing unit includes a body, two connecting leads, and a resilient metallic plate. The body has two sides defining two electrode surfaces. One of the electrode surfaces is connected with one of the connecting leads. The resilient metallic plate has a first end welded to the electrode surface with a contact component and a second end curved and striding across an outer side of one of the partitions to penetrate through the bottom of the base. When the body of the surge-absorbing unit is overheated due to high temperature caused by a surge, the contact component will melt so the resilient metallic plate is ejected away from the electrode.

    摘要: An integrated protector having two pins for controlling a breakover voltage to prevent surge from a lightning strike and static electricity comprises a thyristor with three electrodes, such as an SCR, a transistor for a gate of the thyristor to trigger signals, and a voltage detecting circuit. When static electricity or surge occurs at two ends of the integrated protector and the protected part/device that are arranged in a parallel connection, the integrated protector acquires a proper current to trigger the thyristor via the voltage detecting circuit. Accordingly, the integrated protector provides a route to guide the static electricity or the surge, which protects the part/device that is parallelly connected to the integrated protector.

A phase detector generates analog input signals indicative of a phase difference between the periodic signal and a reference signal. Conversion circuitry translates the analog input signals into digital signals. Signal driving circuitry, comprising a current source, provides control signals to the signal driving circuitry based on the digital signals. First input circuitry provides a first adjustment signal to the adjustment circuitry. Second input circuitry provides a second adjustment signal to the adjustment circuitry in response to the control signal. The first adjustment signal is based on input of analog signals to a circuit element in the first input circuitry to control the first adjustment signal. The second input circuitry is responsive to the control signal to provide the second adjustment signal with the digital version of the input signals.

    摘要: A system and method providing power supply rejection. One embodiment provides for power supply rejection in PLL or DLL circuitry. First subcircuitry provides second subcircuitry a supply voltage which is a filtered version of power from an external source. The first subcircuitry includes a first field effect transistor and a first low pass filter coupled to receive a signal from the external power source during operation of the second subcircuitry. The filter is coupled to provide a filtered version of the power source signal to the gate of the first transistor, so that when a first source/drain region of the first transistor is connected to receive power from the external source and the gate of the first transistor receives the filtered version of the power source signal, the second source/drain region of the first transistor provides a first modified version of the power received from the external source.
