    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may receive information indicating a reservation or allocation of a resource for transmission of a first signal by another network node, wherein the information identifies whether the network node is to use the resource for transmission of a second signal concurrently with the first signal. The network node may transmit the second signal in the resource based at least in part on the information identifying whether the network node is to use the resource for transmission of the second signal. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message from a base station indicating a configuration of an uplink waveform for full-duplex communications at the UE. The UE may receive an additional control message scheduling a set of uplink resources and a set of downlink resources for the full-duplex communications. The set of uplink resources and the set of downlink resources may at least partially overlap in a time-domain. A frequency-domain gap between the set of uplink resources and the set of downlink resources may be based on the first uplink waveform and a first downlink waveform used by the base station. The UE may communicate with the base station on the set of uplink resources and the set of downlink resources in accordance with the frequency-domain gap.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may identify that the base station is going to enter a communication state associated with a capability limitation where the base station does not support at least one communications application while operating in the communication state. The communication state may be a power saving mode. The base station may transmit a message to a user equipment (UE) indicating the capability limitation(s) associated with the communication state, and communicate with the UE according to the capability limitation(s). The base station may identify that the base station has scheduled communications with a UE in accordance with an SPS configuration or a configured grant. The base station may transmit a message to the UE indicating an update for the SPS configuration or the configured grant based on a capability limitation associated with the communication state.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The techniques described herein relate to enhancements to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring and skipping. A user equipment (UE) receives, from a network entity, a control message including a control channel skipping indication or a switching indication. The control channel skipping indication or the switching indication is associated with an application delay time duration that indicates a beginning of a control channel skipping or search space set group (SSSG) switching time duration. The UE adjusts an ending time of the application delay time duration based on feedback of whether a message was successfully received via a data channel. The UE skips monitoring of control channel occasions or transitioning from a first SSSG, beginning at the adjusted ending time of the application delay time duration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message scheduling a burst of downlink messages. The control message may indicate first and second pluralities of transmission configuration indicators associated with first and second downlink shared channels, respectively. The UE may monitor for a first and second downlink messages in the first downlink shared channel and the second downlink shared channel, using first and second transmission configuration indicators, respectively. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may receive a control message scheduling a burst of uplink messages. The single control message may indicate to apply a first precoding matrix for transmission of the uplink messages. The UE may precode, using a second precoding matrix, an uplink message to generate a precoded first uplink message. The UE may transmit the precoded uplink message in a first uplink shared channel.
