Abstract: Techniques and systems are provided for displaying content by an extended reality apparatus. For instance, a process can include receiving content for display, wherein the content is associated with a first object and a first transition, the first transition indicating a change to apply to the content based on a trigger condition; outputting the content for display in association with the first object; determining that the trigger condition has been satisfied; in response to a determination that the trigger condition has been satisfied, modifying the content for presentation based on the first transition; and outputting the modified content for display.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses (or devices), methods, and computer-readable media are provided for generating virtual content. For example, a device (e.g., an extended reality device) can obtain an image of a scene of a real-world environment, wherein the real-world environment is viewable through a display of the extended reality device as virtual content is displayed by the display. The device can detect at least a part of a physical hand of a user in the image. The device can generate a virtual keyboard based on detecting at least the part of the physical hand. The device can determine a position for the virtual keyboard on the display of the extended reality device relative to at least the part of the physical hand. The device can display the virtual keyboard at the position on the display.

Abstract: Techniques and systems are provided for dynamically adjusting virtual content provided by an extended reality system. In some examples, a system determines a level of distraction of a user of the extended reality system due to virtual content provided by the extended reality system. The system determines whether the level of distraction of the user due to the virtual content exceeds or is less than a threshold level of distraction, where the threshold level of distraction is determined based at least in part on one or more environmental factors associated with a real world environment in which the user is located. The system also adjusts one or more characteristics of the virtual content based on the determination of whether the level of distraction of the user due to the virtual content exceeds or is less than the threshold level of distraction.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory media are provided for presenting information associated with at least one input option. An example method can include receiving data identifying one or more input options associated with a first device in a scene; determining, including using at least one memory, information relevant to at least one of the scene, the first device, and a user associated with a second device; and based on the one or more input options and the information, output user guidance data corresponding to an input option for which relevant context information has been determined.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a wireless communication device detects a trigger to transmit a message via satellite connectivity, determines one or more alignment opportunities associated with one or more satellites, wherein each alignment opportunity of the one or more alignment opportunities is a time period during which a main lobe of an antenna of the wireless communication device is predicted to be aligned with a line-of-sight (LOS) direction to at least one satellite of the one or more satellites, transitions to a sleep state until at least one alignment opportunity of the one or more alignment opportunities, and transmits the message to the at least one satellite of the one or more satellites during the at least one alignment opportunity of the one or more alignment opportunities.
