The processor may be configured to calculate the first illuminance values and the second illuminance values based on the first and second signals, determine that an ambient light source is a flickering light source based on the second illuminance values, if obtaining display parameter information associated with an image output through the display, compensate for the first illuminance values based on the display parameter information and adjust a brightness value of the display based on the compensated first illuminance values, and if failing to obtain the display parameter information, adjust the brightness value of the display based on the second illuminance values.

摘要: An electronic device including an optical sensor is disclosed. An electronic device may include: a first housing; a second housing connected to the first housing to be partially movable in a movement direction; a flexible display that is disposed to be supported by the first housing and the second housing, in which a size of a display area exposed to the outside changes according to a movement of the second housing with respect to the first housing, and in which a light transmitter through which light is transmitted is formed; a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed in an internal space formed by the first housing and the second housing; an optical sensor configured to sense a target located outside the flexible display; and a processor. The optical sensor may include: a light source disposed on the PCB and configured to irradiate light to the outside of the flexible display through the light transmitter; and a light receiver connected to a rear surface of the display area of the flexible display and configured to receive light reflected from the target through the light transmitter. Relative positions of the light source and the light receiver may change according to a change in the size of the display area. In addition, various example embodiments may be possible.
