    Abstract: A memory device includes a substrate; a stacked structure including a plurality of gate layers and a plurality of interlayer insulating layers that are alternately stacked on the substrate in a vertical direction, the stacked structure including a row of cutouts, each of the cutouts extending in a first horizontal direction and being configured to cut the plurality of gate layers, the cutouts being apart from each other and arranged in a cell region of the stacked structure in the first horizontal direction; and a row of channel structures, the channel structures being arranged in the cell region in the first horizontal direction, each of the channel structures extending in the vertical direction to penetrate the plurality of gate layers.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing, a flexible display, a camera, and a processor. The housing includes a first housing and a second housing coupled to and movable with respect to the first housing. The flexible display including an exposed area that is a first size when the electronic device is in a first state and a second size when the second housing moves and the electronic device is switched into a second state. The processor is configured to acquire an image having a designated aspect ratio through the camera. The processor is also configured to display a first area of the image on the exposed area corresponding to the first size when the electronic device is in the first state and display a second area of the image on the exposed area corresponding to the second size when the electronic device is in the second state.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a first housing and a second housing that overlaps the first housing. The electronic device includes a display with a first region and a second region. The electronic device includes a processor configured to control the display to display at least one content. The processor is configured to determine a first content and a second content. The processor is configured to identify that a region of the display is extended. In response to identifying that the region of the display is extended, the processor is configured to change a resolution of the first content to correspond to a size of the extended region of the display while the display is being extended. The processor is configured to change a resolution of the second content to correspond to the size of the extended region of the display after the extension of the display is completed.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, there may be provided an electronic device comprising: a housing, a flexible display having a resizable region visible to an outside of the housing by at least a portion being moved from the inside to the outside of the housing, a communication circuit configured to enable transmitting or receiving data to or from an external electronic device, at least one sensor configured to identify a size of a region where the flexible display is visible to the outside of the housing, a memory, and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to: control the display to display a first content on first region of the flexible display visible to the outside of the housing, establish communication connection with an external electronic device through the communication circuit, transmit, based on the establishing of the communication connection, first information on the first content to the external electronic device through the communication circuit so that the external electronic device displays the first content, when a second region where the flexible display located inside the housing is visible to the outside of the housing, display second content on a third region including the first region and the second region, based on at least one value obtained using the at least one sensor, identify second information on the second content, to be transmitted to the external electronic device, based on the obtained at least one value, and transmit the identified second information to the external electronic device through the communication circuit so that the external electronic device displays the second content.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include: a flexible display having a first portion disposed to be visible from an outside and a second portion extending from the first portion and accommodated in an inner space to be invisible from the outside in a slide-in state; a housing whose having a variable size wherein the flexible display is configured to be expanded in response to a change from the slide-in state to a slide-out state; a sensor disposed in the inner space and configured to detect a moving distance of the flexible display; a memory; and a processor operatively connected to the flexible display, the sensor, and the memory. The processor may be configured to: identify a first distance for the flexible display through the sensor in response to the change from the slide-in state to the slide-out state, control the display to display a user interface through the flexible display based on the first distance, detect a touch on at least a partial region of the flexible display, identify a second distance for the flexible display based on coordinate information corresponding to the detected touch, adjust a size or position of the user interface based on a difference value between the first distance and the second distance, and control the display to display the adjusted user interface through the flexible display.
