    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a rotary electric machine which has high assembly accuracy, high heat dissipating efficiency, and excellent durability at the bearing portion. A motor comprises a case, a stator secured within the case, and a rotor formed into one piece with a rotary shaft. The case is provided, on both end faces, with flanges, and one of the flanges is provided with a ball bearing. A stator is radially secured within the case, resin is filled in between the stator and the case with a space of the rotor being left, and a bearing housing and a boss are formed on one side. An open portion is formed in between ribs of the bearing housing, and inserting the bearing into the bearing housing causes a part of the bearing to be exposed through the open portion to fixedly contact with the flange. This allows supporting the bearing securely, and allows frictional heat generated, and the like, to dissipate to the outside via the flange. Furthermore, this allows mounting bearings with high accuracy, and reducing noise accompanying mechanical and electromagnetic vibrations.

    摘要: A claw-pole stepping motor with rotor, including a vibration reducing magnet. Vibration in the axial direction is suppressed by having a correction force, which overcomes a force produced by a vertical motion caused when the rotor is pulse-driven, and keeps the rotor attracted to one side. The corrective force is generated between an index generating magnetized portion in a lower area of the rotor and a soft magnetic material base. Magnetic flux leakage produced by the excitation of the stator coils of the motor is suppressed by providing a shield ring made of a magnetic material on an inner side of the rotor magnet, which minimizes the magnetic flux flowing from the coils to the revolving shaft, and noises on the recording and reproducing head are thereby greatly reduced.

    摘要: Salient poles made from soft magnetic steel plates have tip sections of approximately the same length as a rotor magnet. The salient poles are constructed with laminations in the circumferential direction, with axial dimensions adjusted with respect to the circumferential dimensions determined by the constraints of the winding to allow winding sections with a minimum required cross-sectional area so that magnetic saturation does not occur. These winding sections are inserted into coils wound with magnet wire, and press fitted into the stator which makes the magnetic circuit with the salient poles and forms the armature.

    摘要: To reduce as much as possible the motor vibration due to the effect of harmonic components contained in the induced electromotive force waveform induced in the armature coil. In a motor structure, the pole tooth shapes of one pole tooth and the corresponding pole tooth thereto constituting one phase are made different from each other by changing their areas or amounts of skew, whereby the third harmonics caused by variations in the magnetic fluxes interlinking with these pole teeth are caused to cancel each other. Thus, the rotational vibration which has hitherto been a problem can be reduced and, further, the accuracy of the rotor movement can be improved without lowering the dynamic torque characteristic of the motor.

    摘要: During the assembly of a small motor, insulation is installed on the outer surface of a magnetic pole. An armature coil is wound so that the wire does not touch the corners of the magnetic pole. The wound coil does not loosen and sufficient insulation for the armature coil and magnetic pole gap can be secured when the assembly is completed. This allows as much ampere turn of the armature coil as possible to be obtained. Moreover, the thickness of the motor can be made flatter resulting in easier assembly of the flat motor's stator.
