    Abstract: An inkjet device includes a stage, a first suction member, a second suction member, a spray member, and a substrate. The first suction member is at a first side surface of the stage. The second suction member is at a second side surface of the stage. The spray member is configured to store ink and to move above top surfaces of the stage, the first suction member, and the second suction member, the spray member including a body and a nozzle at a side of the body to discharge the ink. The substrate is on the stage in which the ink discharged from the spray member is printed on the substrate.

    Abstract: A deposition apparatus for manufacturing a display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the apparatus includes a substrate fixing portion configured to fix a deposition substrate to a lower portion thereof and a first mask transfer portion placed on one side of the substrate fixing portion and configured to move the deposition mask upwardly such that the deposition mask is formed spaced apart from the deposition substrate by a predetermined distance. The apparatus also includes a substrate transfer portion configured to move the deposition substrate such that the deposition substrate passes over the deposition mask. The apparatus further includes a mask spacing portion positioned on the substrate fixing portion and configured to maintain a substantially uniform distance between the deposition substrate and the deposition mask when the deposition substrate is moved and a deposition source configured to deposit a deposition material on the deposition substrate through the deposition mask.

    Abstract: An inkjet printing apparatus includes a surface acoustic wave module including an inner passage and a surface acoustic wave generator around the inner passage; and an outflow passage connected to the surface acoustic wave module to discharge ink, where the outflow passage includes a first outflow passage connected to the inner passage to discharge first ink particles and a second outflow passage connected to the inner passage to discharge second ink particles having an average diameter smaller than that of the first ink particles, and the surface acoustic wave generator is closer to the second outflow passage than the first outflow passage.
