Abstract:
Various examples relating to a device and a method for providing a message service are provided. A message service method, according to one example, comprises the steps of: receiving, from a transmission terminal, a cancelation request for canceling a transmission message transmitted to at least one reception terminal; determining whether the transmission message for each of the at least one reception terminal can be cancelled; and transmitting a transmission message cancelation command signal to a reception terminal for which the transmission message can be cancelled among the at least one reception terminal, wherein the at least one reception terminal is capable of including a plurality of terminals associated with the same user account. Various examples can be implemented in addition to the one example.
Abstract:
A method for driving a touch sensor controller is provided. The method includes receiving touch data from a touch sensor panel and performing interpolation on the received touch data using characterization parameters according to a size and location of a conductor to increase a number of touch data points.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for determining a polarity inversion scheme of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) in an electronic device are provided. The method for determining the polarity inversion scheme includes detecting a brightness of a region where the electronic device is placed, and determining the polarity inversion scheme of the LCD by considering the regional brightness of the electronic device and according to predetermined criteria.
Abstract:
Embodiments provide a magnetic memory device and a method of writing a magnetic memory device. The magnetic memory device includes a magnetic tunnel junction including a reference layer, a free layer and a tunnel barrier layer between the reference and free layers, and a first conductive line adjacent to the free layer. A first spin-orbit current having a frequency decreasing with time flows through the first conductive line. The writing method includes applying the first spin-orbit current having the frequency decreasing with time to the first conductive line.
Abstract:
A nonvolatile memory system includes a nonvolatile memory device having a physical storage area, and a memory controller managing the physical storage area on the basis of first and second logical areas. The memory controller is configured to receive a logical block address range corresponding to a part of the first logical area and a command from a host and is configured to receive data, a logical block address and a write command from the host to perform an update with respect to the second logical area. When, in the update operation, the received logical block address is included in the logical block address range, the memory controller, in response to the write command, redirects the received logical block address to a logical page number of the second logical area so that the data is written in the second logical area.
