    Abstract: An electronic device is provided which includes a housing, a first plate, a second plate, and a side member, a touch screen display that includes a touch panel, the touch screen display located within the housing and exposed through at least a part of the first plate, a sensor within the housing and configured to detect an atmospheric pressure variation, a processor electrically connected with the touch screen display and the sensor, and a memory electrically connected to the processor, the memory stores instructions which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive a touch input caused by pressing a part of the touch screen display by using the touch screen display, monitor the atmospheric pressure variation using the sensor while receiving the touch input, and provide a changed and/or selected function of the touch screen display based on the monitored atmospheric pressure variation and the touch input.

    Abstract: An air conditioner is provided. The air conditioner includes a compressor configured to compress a refrigerant, an indoor heat exchanger in which heat exchange between indoor air and the refrigerant is performed, a discharge temperature sensor configured to measure a discharge temperature of air at which the heat exchange has been completed, an intake temperature sensor configured to measure an intake temperature of the indoor air drawn into the indoor heat exchanger, an inputter configured to receive a target temperature from a user, memory storing one or more computer programs, and one or more processors communicatively coupled the compressor, the indoor heat exchanger, the discharge temperature sensor, the intake temperature sensor, the inputter, and the memory, wherein the one or more computer programs include computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors individually or collectively, cause the air conditioner to adjust an operating frequency of the compressor by comparing the intake temperature and the target temperature, and control the compressor to reduce the operating frequency in response to the discharge temperature reaching a reference temperature.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing, a first board disposed inside the housing and including a first signal line and a first ground, a second board disposed on the first board and including a second signal line and a second ground, a plurality of connectors interposed between the first board and the second board, and a first electronic component disposed inside a space defined by the first board, the second board, and the plurality of connectors. Each of the plurality of connectors includes an insulating member, at least one conductive pin having at least a portion surrounded by the insulating member, and a metal plate electrically connecting the first ground of the first board with the second ground of the second board and formed on an outer sidewall of the insulating member. A first signal pin of conductive pins included in the plurality of connectors electrically connects the first signal line of the first board and the second signal line of the second board with the first electronic component. The first electronic component is electrically shielded against an outside of the space by the first ground of the first board, the second ground of the second board, and the metal plate.

    Abstract: An air conditioner and a method for controlling same are disclosed.
