摘要: Systems and method for multi-dimensional data representation of an object is provided. The multi-dimensional data representation method includes evaluating a similarity measure for a query corresponding to an object. The similarity measure between the objects are used to compute the similarity values corresponding to the object and based on at least one metadata dimension associated with the object. The similarity value are sorted to create a multi-dimensional array of similarity values. The similarity values are represented in a scalar form and a visualization interface displays a multi visual representation of the similarity values and data associated with the object.

摘要: Techniques are provided for searching on three dimensional (3D) objects across large, distributed repositories of 3D models. 3D shapes are created for input to a search system; optionally user-defined similarity criterion is used, and search results are interactively navigated and feedback received for modifying the accuracy of the search results. Search input can also be given by picking 3D models from a cluster map or by providing the orthographic views for the 3D model. Feedback can be given by a searcher as to which models are similar and which are not. Various techniques adjust the search results according to the feedback given by the searcher and present the new search results to the searcher.

摘要: A method for fabricating a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) capacitor includes forming a first electrode film. The first electrode film comprises a conductive binary metal compound and a dopant. The dopant may have a uniform or non-uniform concentration within the first electrode film. A high-k dielectric film is formed over the first electrode film. A second electrode film is formed over the dielectric film. The second electrode film comprises a conductive binary metal compound and a dopant. The dopant may have a uniform or non-uniform concentration within the second electrode film. The dopants and their distribution are chosen so that the crystal structure of the surface of the electrode is not degraded if the electrode is to be used as a templating structure for subsequent layer formation. Additionally, the dopants and their distribution are chosen so that the work function of the electrodes is not degraded.

摘要: Transistor devices are formed with nickel silicide layers formulated to prevent degradation upon removal of overlying stress liners. Embodiments include transistors with nickel silicide layers having a platinum composition gradient increasing in platinum content toward the upper surfaces thereof, i.e., increasing in platinum in a direction away from the gate electrode and source/drain regions. Embodiments include forming a first layer of nickel having a first amount of platinum and forming, on the first layer of nickel, a second layer of nickel having a second amount of platinum, the second weight percent of platinum being greater than the first weight percent. The layers of nickel are then annealed to form a nickel silicide layer having the platinum composition gradient increasing in platinum toward the upper surface. The platinum concentration gradient protects the nickel silicide layer during subsequent processing, as during etching to remove overlying stress liners, thereby avoiding a decrease in device performance.

Active and binding sites or proteins and drug molecules are modeled and indexed in a data store. The data store may be browsed, searched, and mined to find specific proteins or to find potential drug molecules that interact with the proteins in response to the active and binding sites.

摘要: A process for continuously and progressively forming components from fiber-containing composite material workpieces having a deformable matrix introduces transverse bends into a workpiece that moves through the apparatus in a longitudinal or travel direction. Transverse bending of the composite material is accomplished in a kinematically admissible manner to avoid misalignment or failure of the composite material. A net bending deformation is introduced at a free transverse edge as the composite workpiece moves in a longitudinal direction, by pairs of compound roller elements between which the workpiece passes as it moves through the apparatus. The net deformation introduced at the free transverse edge is moved and distributed through the composite material workpiece during successive passes through the forming machinery, to form the final shaped component.

摘要: Various examples provide systems, methods, and computer-readable media for determining manufacturing data based on three-dimensional models. The manufacturing data can include data of outlines of planar models, e.g., corresponding to partitions of the three-dimensional model. Various examples include operating a manufacturing device, e.g., a cutter or mill, to produce physical components based at least in part on the manufacturing data. Various examples include determining the manufacturing data for a partition corresponding to a hollow extrusion of a contour of that partition. Various examples provide user interfaces permitting users to modify parameters of the manufacturing data, e.g., contour shape or extrusion thickness. Various examples permit cutting sheet material into components that can be folded into three-dimensional shapes and assembled into a three-dimensional model.
