摘要: A method of manufacturing an ink cartridge for use in an ink jet recorder including positioning a container body having a bottom wall and an opening on a pallet such that the bottom wall faces upward, the container body including a porous member, a foam chamber for accommodating the porous member therein, and an ink supply port, having an inlet formed in the bottom surface of the foam chamber and an outlet; inserting packing into the ink supply port; sealing the ink supply port outlet; resetting the container body on the pallet by turning the container body upside down such that the opening faces upward; affixing a filter to the ink supply port inlet; inserting the porous member into the foam chamber; bonding a cover to the opening of the container body; injecting ink into the foam chamber; and sealing the cover.

摘要: A torque limiter having an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder rotatably mounted around the inner cylinder, a closure member mounted between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder to close one end of the outer cylinder, a coil spring mounted between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and having one end coupled to the outer cylinder and the other end coupled to the closure member so as to be tightened against the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder. The outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder has a roughness Ra (arithmetical mean deviation) of 0.6-1.0, and the coil spring is formed of a wire having a circular cross-section.

摘要: An annular sensor holder (5) has an axial end (15) including a protrusion (18). The axial end (15) is fitted in a circumferential groove (7), such as a seal groove, of a bearing race (2) fitted to a stationary member (9) so that the sensor holder (5) can slide in the circumferential direction relative to the bearing race (2). In this state, the sensor holder (5) is coupled to the stationary member (9) by a fixing arrangement (19). Thus, when the bearing race (2) creeps, the sensor holder (5) slides relative to the bearing race (2) and does not rotate relative to the stationary member (9). This prevents breakage of connecting wires.

摘要: A rotation transmission device includes coaxial input and output shafts (1 and 2), a pair of opposed bevel gears (3 and 4) rotatably mounted around the input shaft (1), and an intermediate bevel gear (5) meshing with the opposed bevel gears (3 and 4). The output shaft (2) and one of the opposed bevel gears (3) are rotationally fixed to each other. A first one-way clutch (6) is provided through which the rotation of the input shaft (1) is transmitted to the one of the opposed bevel gears (3). A second one-way clutch (7) is provided through which the rotation of the input shaft (1) in the reverse direction is transmitted to the other of the opposed bevel gears (4). Thus, the output shaft (2) can be rotated in the normal direction irrespective of whether the input shaft (1) is rotated in the normal direction or in the reverse direction.

摘要: A lightweight spring type torque limiter is proposed, which performs the torque limiting function using the binding force applied from a coil spring to an inner ring inserted in an outer annular member. The inner ring (2) is rotatably inserted in the outer annular member (1). The coil spring (3) is fitted around the inner ring (2) and includes a small-diameter portion (3a) tightened against the radially outer surface of the inner ring (2). The coil spring (3) has hooks (3c and 3d) at the respective ends thereof which are coupled to the outer annular member (1) and an adjusting ring (4) rotatably fitted in the outer annular member (1), respectively. The inner ring (2) is formed by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin to reduce the weight of the inner ring and thus the weight of the entire torque limiter, compared to conventional inner rings, which are made of metal, and conventional torque limiters including an inner ring made of metal.

摘要: A rotation transmission device is provided which is simple in structure and which can stably transmit rotation. It includes input and output shafts (1 and 2) which are coaxial with each other, a pair of opposed bevel gears (3 and 4) rotatably mounted around the input shaft (1), and an intermediate bevel gear (5) meshing with the opposed bevel gears (3 and 4). The output shaft (2) and one of the opposed bevel gears (3) are rotationally fixed to each other. A first one-way clutch (6) is provided through which the rotation of the input shaft (1) is transmitted to the one of the opposed bevel gears (3). A second one-way clutch (7) is provided through which the rotation of the input shaft (1) in the reverse direction is transmitted to the other of the opposed bevel gears (4). Thus, the output shaft (2) can be rotated in the normal direction irrespective of whether the input shaft (1) is rotated in the normal direction or in the reverse direction. This device is made up of a smaller number of parts than conventional devices including three one-way clutches and is less likely to suffer from problems resulting from misalignment of the clutches during rotation.

The bearing device, having a bearing space delimited between inner and outer races (1, 2) and sealed by a sealing member (5), includes an IC tag (9) which utilizes a core metal (6) as an antenna and which is fitted to the sealing member (5). The sealing member (5) is made of a rubber material or a synthetic resin having the core metal (6).
