Abstract: A method for setting a roll gap of sinusoidal corrugated rolling for a metal composite plate includes steps of: determining entrance thicknesses, exit thicknesses, a width, and a rolling temperature of a difficult-to-deform metal slab and an easy-to-deform metal slab; detecting a roll speed and an entrance speed of a metal composite slab, obtaining a roll radius and friction factors; determining parameters of a sinusoidal corrugating roll and a quantity of complete sinusoidal corrugations on the sinusoidal corrugating roll; then calculating a time required for a complete corrugated rolling; calculating a rolling force at any time during the sinusoidal corrugated rolling of the metal composite plate; and calculating the roll gap S of the corrugated rolling at any time according to the rolling force F, and configuring a rolling mill to have the roll gap S according to an actual rolling schedule before normal production.

Abstract: A transverse vibration rolling system and a preparation method for a double-layer metal composite ultra-thin strip relate to a technical field of rolling, which solve problems including poor rolling and bonding effects, low geometric accuracy, and poor plate shape quality of metal composite ultra-thin strips. The transverse vibration rolling system includes: a first roll, a second roll, a first hydraulic vibrator, a second hydraulic vibrator, a first hydraulic motor, a second hydraulic motor, a check valve, a first hydraulic pump, a first overflow valve, an oil tank, a controller, a second overflow valve, a second hydraulic pump, an electromagnetic reversing valve, a first speed control valve, and a second speed control valve. The transverse vibration of the rolls of the present invention can apply transverse shearing force on the ultra-thin metal strips during the bond rolling.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of metal micro-forming, and in particular relates to a method for inflating micro-channels. The present invention is aimed at the problems of low process flexibility, single product type, and non-closed structure of the micro-channel when preparing metal micro-channels by micro-plastic forming of ultra-thin metal strips. The present invention uses a method combining numerical simulation and bond rolling experiment to analyze the effect of the hydrogen pressure and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip after bond rolling on the pore diameter of the micro-channel, and the corresponding relationship between the micro-channel pore diameter and the titanium hydride content, heating temperature, and bond strength of the metal composite ultra-thin strip is obtained. The present invention has no special requirements on molds, wide selection of metal materials, low requirements for equipment capabilities; closed tubular micro-channel products with different pore diameters and different distributions can be prepared according to requirements, with rich product categories and high process flexibility.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a method and device for constructing a multi-dimensional coupled vibration identification model for a roll system of a strip mill, the method comprising: performing preprocessing, signal decomposition, and reconstruction of the multi-dimensional data for the roll system of the strip mill monitored through technical monitoring by multiple sensors during a working process of the strip mill, and performing feature extraction of the reconstructed data using a wavelet packet energy approach; obtaining an initial multi-dimensional coupled vibration feature local identification model for the roll system of the strip mill based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) by using a Gaussian radial basis function as a kernel function of the SVM model; and training the initial multi-dimensional coupled vibration feature local identification model for the roll system of the strip mill using a multi-source heterogeneous information fusion approach based on the feature vector to obtain the multi-dimensional coupled feature identification model for the roll system of the strip mill.

Abstract: A device for forming a V-shaped full-composite pressure vessel includes a semi-cylinder body mold, where the length of a cylinder body part of the semi-cylinder body mold is half of the length of a cylinder body of a processed pressure vessel; a groove for placing a valve seat is reserved at one end of a dome part of the semi-cylinder body mold, and a fiber yarn-dividing ring is mounted at the other end; the semi-cylinder body mold is connected to the valve seat through a spline; and the valve seat and the fiber yarn-dividing ring are in threaded connection with a rotating shaft of fiber winding equipment. According to this disclosure, a liner-free pressure vessel can be manufactured completely by processing a composite material, so the mass of the pressure vessel can be reduced. Furthermore, the mold is not required to be dissolved and taken out.

Abstract: A single-side tower-type roller system based asynchronous rolling mill for rolling an ultra-thin composite strip and a hydraulic system therefor are provided. Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of fabricating a metal composite strip, and specifically relates to a method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller and a device thereof. A method for differential temperature rolling of composite strips based on actions of a friction roller comprises steps of: S1: preparing a metal strip to be bonded, and performing surface treatment on the metal strip to be bonded; S2: frictionally heating the metal strip to be bonded by several sets of friction roller heating devices; measuring a surface temperature of the friction-heated metal strip to be bonded strip by a temperature detector; according to a measured temperature, adjusting a rotation speed of the friction roller in the friction roller heating devices; and S3: transporting the heated metal strip to be bonded to a rolling mill for rolling to obtain a metal composite strip. The invention adopts the friction roller heating devices in rolling process of the metal strip to be bonded, utilizes the friction heat generation effect of the high-speed rotating friction roller and the metal strip to be bonded, and generates different heat in the dissimilar metals by adjusting the speed of the friction roller, thereby generating different temperature rise to realize different temperature rolling of the metal composite strips.
