This copolymer contains 1-99 mol % of a special first repeating unit of a cyclic perfluoro group; and 99-1 mol % of a second repeating unit of a bivalent organic group. The copolymer has a number average molecular weight of from 1,000 to 1,000,000 determined in a gel permeation chromatography using polystyrene as a standard material thereof. The invention further relates to a composition for forming a low reflectance film. This composition contains as a film-forming component a fluorine-containing polymer containing the first repeating unit. This polymer can be the above copolymer. A film formed by applying the composition to a substrate provides low reflectance and is improved in hardness.

The invention relates to water-repellent composite grains. Each composite grain includes: a first grain; and a low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) covering the first grain. The first grain is higher than the PTFE in mechanical strength. With this, the composite grains are improved in mechanical strength. A water-repellent article is produced by anchoring the composite grains to a substrate through an adhesive layer formed on the substrate. The composite grains are partly exposed on the adhesive layer and partly submerged in the adhesive layer. With this, the water-repellent article is made minutely rough. The water-repellent article is improved in mechanical strength and water repellency.

To provide a corrugated tube and an apparatus for and method of perforating a corrugated tube, which are capable of rapidly discharging water, such as water intruding into the inside and condensation water, to the outside and in which a plurality of communication holes can be positively and efficiently formed respectively in predetermined portions of a peripheral surface of a tube body. For example, a wire harness or the like is inserted into a corrugated tube 10 through a slit 12 formed in a tube body 11 of a tubular shape along a generating line of the tube body, the tube body having larger-diameter portions 20 and smaller-diameter portions 30 which are arranged alternatively along the same axis. Usually, the corrugated tube 10, receiving the wire harness therein, is installed in such a manner that the slit 12 is disposed at a lower side, but there arises the case where the slit 12 can not be disposed at the lower side because of the installation direction and a change of the direction. In such a case, any of communication holes 13 which are formed in that portion of a peripheral surface disposed the remotest from the slit 12, and communicate the inside and outside of the tube body 11 with each other is located at the lower side, so that water intruding into the corrugated tube, condensation water, etc., are discharged.
