摘要: A thermal head for a thermal recording machine including an insulating substrate which is composed of a printed circuit board made of a heat resistant resin and covered with a copper film, a plurality of thermal resistors disposed on the insulating substrate in the direction corresponding to the scanning, discrete electrodes electrically connecting first ends of the thermal resistors to a control element, a common electrode electrically connecting the other ends of the thermal resistors together, a heat releasing layer formed of the copper film of the insulating substrate on the lower portions of the thermal resistors, and a thermal accumulating layer of a polyimide resin covering the heat releasing layer.

摘要: A production method for producing a high permeability alloy film which includes evaporating an alloy material composed of 1-6 wt % Al, 20-35 wt % Si, and the remainder of iron by irradiating the alloy with an electron beam, and then depositing the vapor from the alloy material onto a substrate for a predetermined time to produce an alloy film composition having a high permeability. The vapor deposition onto the substrate is preferably intercepted with the shutter until the concentration of aluminum of the vapor to be deposited has been decreased to a value between 20 and about 4 wt %.

摘要: A method for producing a high magnetic permeability alloy film, wherein an alloy material composed of 1-6 wt % Al, 20-35 wt % Si and the remainder of iron is irradiated with an electron beam in a vacuum deposition apparatus equipped with an electron gun, and the vapor of the alloy material is deposited on a substrate for a predetermined time to form a high magnetic permeability alloy film, comprising further a step of preventing the irregular deposition caused if the concentration of aluminum in the vapor to be deposited increases.

摘要: An image sensor includes a light receiving insulating substrate which has a plurality of light receiving elements with one row disposed on one major surface and has a first wiring portion on one side of the major surface for connecting the light receiving elements to a plurality of external driving elements; a driving insulating substrate which has the driving elements mounted on one major surface and has a second wiring portion on one side of the major surface for connecting the driving elements to the light receiving elements; a press-contact connector for electrically connecting the wiring portions, keeping the light receiving insulating substrate and the driving insulating substrate in contact with each other with their respective wiring portions positioned back to back; and engaging means provided close to at least one of the wiring portions in the light receiving insulating substrate and the driving insulating substrate and also provided in the press-contact connector, for enhancing a mechanical holding strength of the press-contact connector to the insulating substrates.

摘要: A process for preparing a soft magnetic film of Permalloy on a rugged substrate in an inert gas atmosphere by a multielectrode sputtering method wherein the target voltage and the target current are independently controllable, the Permalloy film being prepared by:(a) setting the inert gas pressure and the target voltage at values below the critical values where the coercive force of the Permalloy film abruptly increases when the film is formed on a flat substrate, and(b) applying to the rugged substrate during film formation a negative bias voltage not lower than a specific value determined by an angle of inclination formed by a stepped portion in the rugged substrate.
