    摘要: A bi-directional shift register includes N stages, wherein the mth stage among the N stages includes a node, an output end, first input circuit, second input circuit, and a shift register unit. N is a natural number greater than 1 and m is a natural number smaller than or equal to N. First control signal is measured on the node. The output end outputs an mth output signal. The first input circuit receives an m−1th output signal as a control signal and a power signal to accordingly generate an enabled first driving signal to the node in first period. The second input circuit receives an m+1th output signal as a control signal and a power signal to accordingly generate an enabled second driving signal to the node in second period. Controlled by the first control signal, the shift register unit generates an mth output signal in third period.

    摘要: A method of driving an electronic paper solving an image sticking problem is provided. First, a frame writing process is executed, wherein a turn-on voltage is supplied to scan lines to enable transistors, and a frame data voltage is supplied to display units through data lines to write a frame. Then, a frame holding process is executed, wherein a turn-off voltage and an auxiliary data voltage are respectively supplied to the scan lines and the data lines to disable the transistors, and a first common voltage is provided by a common electrode layer. During the frame holding process, the first common voltage and the frame data voltage are applied to hold the frame, the turn-off voltage, the auxiliary data voltage, and the first common voltage are fixed voltages, and the auxiliary data voltage is substantially equal to the first common voltage and greater than the turn-off voltage.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device including an active array substrate, a display substrate and several conductive members is provided. The active array substrate includes a first substrate and several thin film transistors. The thin film transistors are disposed on the first substrate so as to form an array. The display substrate includes a second substrate, a color filter layer, a first electrode layer, an organic material layer and a second electrode layer disposed sequentially. The second substrate is disposed in parallel to the first substrate. The organic material layer is used for emitting white light and includes several lighting structures electrically insulated from each other. The second electrode layer includes several electrode structures electrically insulated from each other. Each of the conductive members electrically connects to a drain of one corresponding thin film transistor and one corresponding electrode structure.
