摘要： An adapter for mounting an icemaker on top of an ice bin of an ice and beverage dispenser has a lid mounted for both sliding movement and pivotal movement relative to the remainder of the adapter. The lid normally covers an inlet to the ice bin. To expose the ice bin inlet for visually inspection of the interior of the bin and/or to accommodate manual filling of the bin with ice, the lid is manually slid forward off of and then be rotated away from the bin inlet to fully expose the inlet. The lid at all times remains connected to the adapter so that it is not lost or exposed to unsanitary conditions.

The wafer may have various edge profiles that eliminate, or at least reduce, the chamfered portion proximate one of the major surfaces. For example, the wafer may have an edge with curved surface extending continuously from one major surface to another, an angled edge segment adjacent one major surface and a curved surface extending from the angled edge segment to the other major surface, or first and second angled edge segments adjacent the opposed major surfaces and a curved surface extending therebetween with the second angled edge segment being at least 50% smaller in a radial direction than the first angled edge segment. The wafer may serve as the bonded wafer, the handle wafer, or both the bonded and handle wafers of an SOI wafer.

摘要： An accelerator circuit is incorporated in a laser diode system for accelerating the turn-on operation of the laser diode independent of the control loop bandwidth of the laser diode system. The accelerator circuit provides a boost current to a compensation capacitor upon laser turn-on which compensation capacitor operates to establish the control loop bandwidth of the laser diode system. The boost current enables the control loop to increase the bias current to the laser diode quickly. When the laser diode reaches the desired operating point, the boost current is terminated and the control loop of the laser diode system resumes normal control of the bias current. In one embodiment, the accelerator circuit includes a timer circuit controlling a current source to implement open loop turn-on control. In another embodiment, the accelerator circuit includes a comparator circuit working in conjunction with an one-shot logic circuit for providing close loop control.

摘要： An iron type golf club head includes a body having a front face arranged for impact with a golf ball, a back face, a heel portion and toe portion. A hosel is connected to the heel portion of the body. A perimeter weighting element protrudes rearwardly from the front face and defines a primary cavity in the back face of the body. The perimeter weighting element includes a top rail and a sole which extend between the body heel and toe portions along an upper portion and a lower portion, respectively, of the body. An interior wall extends from a first end connected to the perimeter weighting element adjacent the body heel portion through the primary cavity between the top rail and the sole to a second end connected to the perimeter weighting element adjacent the body toe portion to define an elongated secondary cavity or tuning port within the primary cavity. The interior wall is integrally formed on a bottom surface of the primary cavity and extends from the bottom surface of the primary cavity in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the hosel. This orientation of the interior wall provides the secondary cavity, i.e. the tuning port, with a low profile while also moving the center of gravity of the club head lower and farther away from the front face.
