    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for printing a document and related referenced content. The method includes: receiving one or more pages of a document for printing by a multi-function device, the one or more pages include content, wherein at least one page selected for printing includes a reference, wherein content corresponding to the reference is not selected for printing. Then, content of each page selected for printing is automatically analyzed to identify the reference. Thereafter, content corresponding to the identified reference is automatically identified. The identified referenced content along with a page including the referenced content is automatically displayed via a user interface. The referenced content and the one or more pages are printed.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for directly adding one or more supporting documents to an application form. The systems and methods include storing an electronic wallet of a user, including one or more supporting documents of the user. Further, the method includes receiving an application form for a pre-defined function including printing or scanning. Once received, a user interface is provided to the user to provide input on addition of the one or more supporting documents to the received application form. Thereafter, the received application form is processed. Further, based on the input from the user, one or more supporting documents and/or content of the one or more supporting documents are added to the received application form. Finally, the application form including the one or more supporting documents and/or content of the one or more supporting documents in the submitted application form is outputted.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses methods and systems for automatically generating multiple scanned files when scanning a document at a multi-function device. The method includes receiving a multi-page document for scanning from a user. A user interface is provided to the user to input one or more keywords and one or more desired resolution values, where the input resolution values are different from a default resolution value set at the multi-function device. A page of the document is scanned to generate a scanned page of a default resolution value. The scanned page is checked if including the one or more input keywords. Accordingly, the default resolution value of the page is converted to the user desired resolution value. The scanning, checking, and converting are repeated till all the pages of the document are scanned. Multiple scanned files of different resolution values are automatically generated from single scan activity.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for secure transfer of printed documents from a print device to a user are disclosed. The systems may include a print device and a drone. The print device may also include an output tray configured to receive documents processed by the print device. The system may receive a print request from the user and determine whether the print request will result in a printed document that should be kept confidential. If printed document that should be kept confidential, the system may generate and transmit a first authentication information to the user. The system may then cause the print device to execute the print request and output the printed document to the output tray. A drone may then transfer the printed document from the print device to the user, and authenticate the user before allowing the user to access the printed document.

    Abstract: There is provided a method for filling at least one color in one or more outline images at a multi-function device. The method includes providing a user interface for displaying a color fill option. Based on receiving a selection of the color fill option, a file including at least one outline image is received by a controller. The at least one outline image includes at least one image field. Then, it is identified by an image processor, if the at least one image field includes at least one color marking. Based on the identification, the at least one image field is automatically filled by the image processor according to the at least one color marking to generate a color filled image.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices are configured to manage the printing of an electronic document having different page sizes. They include receiving a request from a user to print an electronic document, the electronic document arranged as a set of pages. They also include determining if a page size for a page of the set of pages in the electronic document matches at least one print media size available for printing. They further include providing a message for display to the user, the message including an indication that the page size for the page is not available for printing when it is determined that the page size of the page does not match the at least one print media size. The message also including a menu with a set of user selectable options for completing the print request on the printing device.
