摘要: The present invention relates to a coloring composition for preventing see-through of cloth which comprises, on the basis of the total mass of the composition, a pigment in an amount ranging from 0.002% by mass to 1% by mass; a polymer particulate dispersion; and water. The present invention can thus provide the cloth which can prevent any see-through of the color of the underlying layer without causing any color-see-through phenomenon even if the cloth is white or light-colored one, and which can show excellent fastness while maintaining hand and feel peculiar to the original cloth irrespective of the material of the cloth used. In addition, even the mixed spun cloth can be colored with only the coloring composition of the present invention according to the single-step coloring technique and the coloring method according to the present invention is quite simple and excellent in working efficiency, energy efficiency and water resource-efficiency and the method does not suffer from a problem of, for instance, any environmental pollution.

摘要: In a ballpoint pen which is formed to have an ink-consumption value per unit area of 0.64 to 1.6 mg/cm2, the surface tension of the ink for the ball point pen is adjusted to a range of 16 to 32 mN/m so that blotting, line splitting and the like hardly occur, that the ink transferred onto the paper surface is ready to be dried and that fluctuation in the density and width of the written lines are less likely to occur due to a storage environment and to a writing condition.

摘要: An apparatus for reproducing signals recorded on a selected one of first and second discs of different diameters, such as, a relatively large diameter video disc and a relatively small diameter compact disc, has a disc-transporting tray mounted for substantially horizontal movement between a first or operative position within a housing and a second or disc-inserting and withdrawing position in which the tray projects substantially forwardly from the housing through an opening at the front of the latter, the tray having first and second disc mounting portions dimensioned for receiving and holding the relatively large and small diameter discs, respectively, and the second or relatively small-diameter disc mounting portion being disposed at a front part of the tray and substantially contained within the confines of the first or large-diameter disc mounting portion for minimizing the required size of the tray, and hence the overall size of the apparatus. Further, access to the second or relatively small-diameter disc mounting portion of the tray for inserting or withdrawing a compact disc may be had when the tray is only partly projected from the housing, thereby to reduce the time required for loading and unloading or exchanging a compact disc.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a rubber sheet with rugged patterns formed on one side surface portion includes the step of preparing an apparatus including a rotating roll having rugged patterns, a member having an arcuate inner surface radially spaced apart from an outer peripheral surface of the rotating roll, and a die. The arcuate inner surface is recessed away from the rotating roll and defines an arcuate compartment chamber together with the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roll. The arcuate compartment chamber, has an inlet port and an outlet port. The die is placed in such a manner to adjoin to the outlet port portion of the compartment chamber, the die having an inner edge portion which is radially spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating roll and defines an extrusive clearance together with the outer peripheral surface. The method further includes the steps of feeding a feed rubber into the arcuate compartment chamber through the inlet port thereof, kneading the feed rubber in the compartment chamber and moving the feed rubber from the inlet port toward the outlet port, and extruding the rubber sheet made of the feed rubber from the compartment chamber through the extrusive clearance.

摘要: A pneumatic tire production system comprises production lines each including a green tire building station for assembling unvulcanized members of pneumatic tires into green tires. The green tires are vulcanized at a vulcanizing station which includes at least one vulcanizing unit equipped with a plurality of vulcanizing molds. The number of the vulcanizing mold is determined so as to satisfy the vulcanizing capacity which is substantially equivalent to the number of green tires formed at the building station within a predetermined unit time. The system serves to minimize the intermediate stock amount of green tires due to minimized changeover between different types of tires to be alternately produced.
