    摘要: The present invention provides a server apparatus, which can fetch image data in a desired state and a system including the server apparatus. In the server apparatus, received designation information is analyzed. When specific profile data is designated by profile designation information, the designated profile data is fetched from profile DB. When “profile data is embedded” is designated by transmission method designation information of the designation information, after the fetched profile data is embedded in the image data and then transmitted to a terminal device. When “conversion is performed by profile” is designated by the transmission method designation information, the image data is subjected to color conversion, resolution conversion, or affine conversion based on the fetched profile data and then transmitted to the terminal device. When “only image” is designated by the transmission method designation information, the image data is directly transmitted to the terminal device.

    摘要: A method of forming a pattern in which production of reaction products in the interface between an organic anti-reflective coating and a radiation sensitive material coating is suppressed, the number of residues of an etchable layer formed after etching is decreased, and which provides a etched pattern having high resolution and good dimensional accuracy. According to the method, an etchable layer (11) composed of polysilicon coating an organic anti-reflective coating (12), and a radiation sensitive material coating (13) composed of a chemically amplified resist material containing as acid generators both (a) onium salt compound and (b) at least one of a sulfone compound and a sulfonate compound are formed on a semiconductor substrate (10), the radiation sensitive material coating (13) is imagewise exposed through the mask (14) and developed to form a patterned radiation sensitive material coating (13b). Thereafter, preferably the anti-reflective coating is etched using a mixture gas of SO2 and O2, further the etchable layer is dry-etched to form a pattern of the etchable layer.

A holding device is installed in the seat cushion subassembly and is deformable in response to the sitting of a seat occupant on a sitting area of the seat cushion subassembly and holds the sitting area in a deformed shape resulting from the seat occupant sitting on the sitting area. An actuating device installed in the seat cushion subassembly actuates the holding device. A detecting device detects the actual sitting position of the seat occupant on the sitting area. A control device is operable to operate the actuating device a predetermined time after the detecting device has detected the actual sitting position of the seat occupant on the sitting area.

    摘要: A waste fluid containing nitrogen compounds is combusted in an incinerator having cylindrical primary and secondary combustion chambers connected in series by a venturi throat member. The waste fluid is combusted in the primary combustion chamber at a temperature of at least 1200.degree. C. while injecting air into the primary combustion chamber in a direction tangential to the inner periphery thereof so that the combustion gas forms a vortex pattern therein. The whirling combustion gas containing nitrogen oxides is caused to pass through the venturi throat into which a gas or liquid containing a compound having a nitrogen-hydrogen bond is injected for mixing with the combustion gas and the mixture is combusted in the secondary combustion chamber at a temperature of between 850.degree. and 1150.degree. C. The nitrogen oxides produced in the primary combustion chamber are reduced by reaction with the nitrogen-hydrogen bond-containing compound so that the exhaust gas from the secondary combustion chamber has a low content of nitrogen oxides.
