摘要: A circuit pattern forming method is provided which can reduce a possibility of undesired short-circuits being produced in the circuit by satellites formed when fabricating a conductive pattern and thereby can form a highly reliable printed circuit board. To that end, this invention overlappingly draws a conductive pattern and an insulating pattern of a predetermined thickness by scanning a liquid ejection head and a substrate relative to each other a plurality of times while ejecting droplets of a conductive pattern forming solution and an insulating pattern forming solution. When forming the conductive pattern and the insulating pattern that adjoin each other on the substrate, the step of forming the insulating pattern of at least one scan is executed between the conductive pattern forming steps that are executed the plurality of times until the conductive pattern has a predetermined thickness.

摘要: The present invention is intended to provide a highly reliable circuit pattern forming device which can cause a conductive solution to land on the substrate with high precision and which, when forming a multilayer printed circuit board, prevents closely arranged wires from becoming short-circuited. To realize this objective, this invention forms a circuit pattern by ejecting onto the substrate the droplets of insulating solution and the droplets of conductive solution while moving the liquid ejection unit and the substrate relative to each other. During this process, when both of the droplets are landed close together on the substrate, the droplets of insulating solution are made to land on the substrate prior to the droplets of conductive solution.

摘要: A method for inspecting the liquid discharge condition of a liquid jet recording head, which is structured by assembling a ceiling plate having discharge ports formed on it to discharge liquid, and energy generating means to generate energy for discharging liquid, comprises the steps of forcing liquid to flow out from the discharge ports of the ceiling plate after the discharge ports are processed and formed on the ceiling plate, but before the assembled structure is formed, of observing and measuring the flow out condition of the liquid, and of calculating the discharge angle of the liquid. With the method thus arranged, it is possible to promptly reflect the inspection result of the liquid discharge direction and angle on the processing step accordingly if any deviation thereof is found from the regular value, thus enhancing the production yields significantly.

摘要: A laser working method which can easily and accurately work a fine and complicated shape by irradiation of a laser beam is provided. When a plurality of channel grooves are laser worked on a second board constituting a liquid jet recording head and projections are laser worked on the joint surface of groove walls between the channel grooves and the like, the projections are first worked and formed by irradiating the laser beam through a first mask pattern of a high space frequency arranged by transmitting portions to work the projections and light shielding portions. After that, the channel grooves are worked and formed by irradiating the laser beam through a second mask pattern of a low space frequency arranged by transmitting portions to work the channel grooves and light shielding portions. The formation of a secondary product due to the laser working can be reduced. Even when the laser working secondary product exists, the influence by the secondary product can be reduced and the working can be performed. A fine and complicated shape can be stably and cheaply worked.

摘要: A storage control apparatus of a computer system having a plurality of transfer pipelines issuing access requests to a plurality of memory banks of a storage device. Each memory bank is independently accessible in response to an access instruction from a vector processing device. Each of the transfer pipelines includes a plurality of access request control devices to which the access instruction from the vector processing device is allocated in association with elements of a vector. The access request control devices simultaneously issue in response to an access instruction a plurality of access requests. Each transfer pipeline also includes a priority decision device which detects whether or not the access requests forecasted to be issued from the plural access request control devices contend with the access requests issued from the plural access request control devices of another transfer pipeline. In a case where it is detected that a contention takes place, processing of the access requests of another transfer pipeline effecting the succeeding access instruction is set to a wait state such that the access requests of the pertinent transfer pipeline effecting the preceding access instruction are preferentially processed.
