Abstract:
The present invention discloses a machining control apparatus capable of decreasing a machining error, comprising: a rotation velocity decision process part for deciding a rotation velocity of the rotation tool in such a way that an amplitude of vibration of the rotation tool is decreased, based on a vibration state of the rotation tool and a vibration phase of the rotation tool when the rotation tool receives the cutting resistance force, in the case that the rotation tool vibrates due to the interrupted cutting resistance force generated in the rotation tool during the interrupted cutting; and a rotation velocity control part for controlling the rotation velocity(S) of the rotation tool based on the rotation velocity decided.

A variable valve actuation apparatus of an internal combustion engine has a multinodular-link motion converter, to vary at least a working angle. A position of rotation of a control shaft, variably adjusting the attitude of the motion converter, is set, so that, at a peak lift during a valve opening period, an angle γ2 between an extension line of a line segment connecting a first fulcrum corresponding to a drive-eccentric-cam center and a second fulcrum provided on a rocker arm and a line segment connecting the second fulcrum and a third fulcrum provided on the rocker arm at a position different from the second fulcrum at a middle working-angle control mode is less than both an angle γ1 between the two line segments at a minimum working-angle control mode and an angle γ3 between the two line segments at a maximum working-angle control mode.

Abstract:
A variable valve system of an internal combustion engine varies an operation manner of an engine valve by controlling an angular position of a control shaft. The system comprises a stopper mechanism that determines an angular range in which the control shaft is permitted to rotate about its axis; an actuating mechanism that actuates the control shaft to rotate about its axis; and a position matching device that is practically assembly only when the actuating mechanism is being assembled. The position matching device, when assembled, restricts operation of the actuating mechanism in such a manner as to match a maximally operated position of the actuating mechanism with a maximally operated angular position of the control shaft.
Abstract:
A WA apparatus includes a control shaft arranged rotatable in accordance with the engine operating conditions, an alteration mechanism for changing a lift amount and an operating angle of an engine valve in accordance with rotation of the control shaft, and a drive mechanism for rotating the control shaft and including an electric motor and a reduction mechanism. The reduction mechanism has a reduction ratio set to be larger when the valve is under small lift-amount and operating-angle control than when the valve is under large lift-amount and operating-angle control.
Abstract:
An apparatus for setting control parameters of a machining apparatus. The setting apparatus includes a storage unit for storing a set of control parameters for each of a plurality of machining modes; an input device for selecting one of the plurality of machining modes; and a control unit for selecting a set of control parameters corresponding the selected machining mode and setting the set of control parameters as control parameters to be used for controlling the machining apparatus.
Abstract:
A valve operating device for an internal combustion engine enabling both valve timing and valve lift characteristic to be varied depending on engine operating conditions includes intake and exhaust camshafts, an eccentric cam fixed to a first one of the intake and exhaust camshafts so that an axis of the eccentric cam is eccentric to an axis of the first camshaft. A rockable cam is supported on the first camshaft so that the rockable cam rotates or oscillates about the axis of the first camshaft. A rocker arm is oscillatingly supported on an outer periphery of the eccentric cam so that a center of an oscillating motion of the rocker arm revolves around the axis of the first camshaft. Also provided is a control shaft variably controlling the center of the oscillating motion of the rocker arm.
Abstract:
A variable valve actuation apparatus incorporates a mechanism, mounted to a control shaft, to convert rotational motion of a camshaft into pivotal motion of a valve operating cam. The mechanism has different states corresponding to varying angular positions which the control shaft is adjustable to, respectively, The mechanism is continuously variable in state to one of the different states in response to a shift of the control shaft to one of the varying angular positions. The mechanism is also operative to vary the valve operating cam, in position, relative to the associated cylinder valve in response to a shift between the different states.
Abstract:
A developer supply opening of a developer replenishing cartridge is sealed by a flexible film peelably adhered to the cartridge, and one end of a folded back portion of the film is secured to a gripper which is manipulated by an operator and which is separably mounted on the cartridge. A developer receiving container on which the cartridge can be mounted has a lid. When the lid is opened, the lid engages by the gripper to separate the latter from the cartridge.
Abstract:
An engine valve control mechanism is disclosed in which the eccentricity of an intermediate member can be varied by a pivotable support and a valve lift of a cylinder valve is varied in response to the varying eccentricity such that a reduced valve lift is produced during operation with the intermediate member held eccentric with a driving shaft which drives, via the intermediate member, a cam which actuates the valve.
