    摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices. The method allows: avoidance of use of a solvent that places a large load on the environment; relatively easy control of parameters such as the porosity and the pore diameter; and a relatively high strength of a resultant separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices. The present invention relates to a method for producing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices that has a thickness ranging from 5 to 50 μm. The method includes the steps of preparing an epoxy resin composition containing a glycidylamine-type epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a porogen; forming a cured product of the epoxy resin composition into a sheet shape or curing a sheet-shaped formed body of the epoxy resin composition, so as to obtain an epoxy resin sheet; and removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet by means of a halogen-free solvent.

    摘要: In a rotor unit of a motor, field magnets are inserted into respective magnet holding holes of a rotor core. End plates are arranged on the upper and lower end surfaces of the rotor core to cover the magnets holding holes. Each of the end plates preferably has three bent portions extending perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the radial direction, the three bent portions being arranged circumferentially. The bent portions are preferably formed through press working such that they are protruded toward the rotor core. The rotor core includes end plate fixing holes. End plates are preferably fixed to the rotor core by press-fitting the bent portions into the respective end plate fixing holes while allowing side surfaces of the bent portions to make contact with inner surfaces of the end plate fixing holes. Accordingly, the end plates can easily be fixed to the rotor core without increasing the axial size of the rotor unit.

The sensor connection busbars and each of the coil connection busbars are arranged one above another along an axial direction.

    摘要: An actuator, a vehicle mounted radar device, and an automobile drive control system that employ a non-contact type potentiometer to detect a rotation angle of a rotary shaft. The non-contact type potentiometer includes a pair of planar magnets disposed opposite and parallel with respect to each other on a U-shaped magnetic yoke, the polarities of the magnets being arranged such that approximately parallel magnetic fields are formed around a magnetic detection element that is retained on a support shaft connected to a rotary shaft on an actuator, and can freely rotate relative to the stationary member. By rotating the rotary shaft on the actuator, a change in the output from the magnetic detection element occurs, thus allowing a rotation angle of the rotary shaft to be detected.

    摘要: An extrusion molding apparatus includes a die head with first, second, third and fourth annular nozzles. An adhesive extruder is connected to the first and third nozzles, a barrier extruder is connected to the second nozzle and a reclaimed material extruder is connected to the fourth nozzle. Inner and outer main material flow passages are connected to a main material extruder, as well. The annular nozzles and the main material flow passages are connected to an extrusion nozzle for forming a parison. The barrier material extruder has a cylinder which is connected to the second nozzle. A screw lies within the cylinder. The second nozzle has a ridge opposite an end of the screw, for dividing the extruded barrier flow material, mitigating stagnation of the barrier material as it passes through the second nozzle. A method of forming a parison is described, as well.
