    Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for decoding a Picture Order Count (POC), and a method and a device for coding a POC, and electronic equipment. The method for decoding the POC includes that: parameters for Most Significant Bit (MSB) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) used in an alignment operation on the POC are acquired; an MSB value and an LSB value of a POC value of a current picture are determined according to the parameters for MSB and LSB; and the POC value of the current picture is calculated according to the MSB value and the LSB value. By means of the technical solution, the problems in the related art that the accuracy in decoding and outputting a multilayer video bitstream cannot be ensured and an extra overhead of network resources is increased in multilayer video coding and decoding processes are solved.

    Abstract: A coding method applied to HEVC-based 3DVC is provided in the example of the present document, which includes: in the HEVC-based 3DVC, before a parent prediction unit (PU) corresponding to a coding unit (CU) of a depth image is predicted, judging whether the parent PU meets a preset condition, if the parent PU meets the preset condition, evaluating only traditional intra modes of high efficiency video coding (HEVC) when the parent PU is coded, and if the parent PU does not meet the preset condition, evaluating the traditional intra modes of the HEVC and depth modeling modes (DMM) predictions when the parent PU is coded.     Abstract: Methods for transmitting and receiving multimedia video data and a device thereof are disclosed to improve multimedia video data playout quality. The transmitting method comprises: configuring different data channels for key frame data and non-key frame data, and configuring a larger bandwidth for the key frame data channel than that for the non-key frame data channel; when transmitting the data to a receiving end, bearing the key frame data and the non-key frame data on different data channels to transmit according to the configuration. The receiving method comprises: sending a resource request to a source end; establishing multiple data channels with the source end according to the configuration content fed back by the source end; receiving the key frame data and the non-key frame data on different data channels; merging and outputting the received key and non-key frame data.

    Abstract: An image coding method and apparatus and an image decoding method and apparatus are provided by the present invention. The image coding method includes: implementing matching coding for pixels of an input video image to obtain one or more matching relationship parameters, herein the matching relationship parameters are parameters used in a process of constructing predicted values and/or reconstructed values of the pixels in the image; mapping the matching relationship parameters to obtain mapped values of the matching relationship parameters; and performing entropy coding on the mapped values of the matching relationship parameters. The present invention addresses the problem existing in the conventional art which is caused by the direct implementation of entropy coding for matching relationship parameters and achieves a good data compression effect through entropy coding.

    Abstract: Several embodiments of the present invention are described for a media data processing method, apparatus and system. An example method comprises: obtaining an optical signal of a sampling point by a collection device at the source end in an acquisition of media data; according to an opto-electronic transfer control parameter, performing opto-electronic transfer for the optical signal of the sampling point to obtain a transferred electrical signal, wherein the opto-electronic transfer control parameter is determined on the basis of an optical signal intensity of the optical signal of the sampling point; and encoding the electrical signal and opto-electronic transfer control parameter to obtain a bitstream. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the problem of the lower accuracy in the media data processing is solved, thereby obtaining the effect of improving the accuracy in the media data processing.
