    Abstract: A data transmitting and receiving method, device, and data transceiving system are provided, wherein the data transmitting method includes: a UE bears the to-be-transmitted data in batches and transmits in an RRC signaling.     Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for rejecting auxiliary information about user equipment are disclosed, which relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and solve the problem that UE retransmitting auxiliary information generates additional overheads or fails to know the reason why a network side rejects.
