Abstract: In an anode and cathode synergistic electrocatalytic system for wastewater treatment and an application, an electrode having a “dual function” is used as a cathode. The cathode and an anode are sequentially arranged in a crisscrossed and parallel mode and fixed into an electrode group. The electrode group is paced in a reaction tank which has an aeration device at the bottom thereof, separately connecting the cathode and the anode of the electrode group to a power supply. Electrocatalytic degradation is performed on wastewater. In the electrocatalytic degradation process, a synergistic electrocatalytic degradation effect of the anode and the cathode is achieved by the mutual coordination of heterogeneous electro-fenton of the cathode and oxidation of the anode. The cathode ad anode synergistic electrocatalytic process has a good wastewater treatment effect, high current efficiency, low energy consumption, and low operation and maintenance costs.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a rebound composite electromagnetic energy dissipation device for reducing sloshing with a liquid-filled ball for a large liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank. When the liquid surface sloshes around, the gas spring is pulled by the steel strand to produce vertical displacement and provide a restoring force, and the vertical displacement of the gas spring drives the fan blades on the sleeves of the ball screws at the bottom to rotate in the damping fluid, consuming energy. The present invention uses hydraulic transmission instead of mechanical transmission of traditional piston motion, and the horizontal pistons produce horizontal displacement in the case of pressure unbalance, thus increasing the flexibility of horizontal piston motion; magnets are arranged in the horizontal slideways and the horizontal pistons to intensify the motion of the horizontal pistons and the relative motion between the horizontal pistons and the interior.

Abstract: A high-threshold-voltage normally-off high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) includes a nucleation layer and an epitaxial layer are grown sequentially on a substrate; a barrier layer, a source, and a drain above the epitaxial layer; the barrier layer and the epitaxial layer form a heterojunction structure, and the contact interface therebetween is induced by polarization charges to generate two-dimensional electron gas. The HEMT includes a passivation layer above the barrier layer; a gate cap layer above the gate region barrier layer; the upper part of the gate cap layer is subjected to surface plasma oxidation to form an oxide dielectric layer, or a single-layer or multiple gate dielectric insertion layer is directly deposited thereon. The HEMT includes a gate is located above the gate dielectric insertion layer; the gate is in contact with the passivation layer; and a field plate extends from the gate to the drain on the passivation layer.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a multistage variable burning rate solid rocket motor and a forming method. A multi-material composite fiber skeleton structure is embedded inside a propellant in the present invention, so that the original burning rate of the propellant presents multistage changes to achieve the function of multistage thrust. The fiber skeleton structure embedded in the solid rocket motor is formed by additive manufacturing, fixed in a combustion chamber, and then charged at one time to complete the forming of a motor grain. The design can greatly increase the burning rates of the propellants of end-burning and bore-burning motors, and can also conduct multistage adjustment for the burning rates of the motors by changing the fiber skeleton and structure, so as to satisfy the requirements of missile weapon systems for multistage power propulsion. The present invention greatly simplifies the technological production process of the existing single-chamber multi-thrust motor.
