The bladder component includes: (a) a first major surface engaged with the fabric element, wherein this first major surface defines at least part of a first perimeter seam surface and at least part of a first surface of the sealed interior chamber, (b) a second major surface opposite the first major surface, wherein this second major surface defines at least part of a second perimeter seam surface opposite the first perimeter seam surface and at least part of a second surface of the sealed interior chamber opposite the sealed interior chamber's first surface, and (c) and a fluid chamber between the first and second major surfaces. The first major surface (and optionally the second major surface) may include texturing, e.g., texturing corresponding to texture present on a surface of the fabric element.

摘要： The invention relates to systems and methods for creating wound material portions for incorporation into an article of footwear. More particularly, one method of manufacturing at least a portion of an upper for an article of footwear, in accordance with the invention, includes the steps of providing a support structure, providing a fiber delivery system, tacking a first end of a first fiber onto the support structure, moving the support structure with respect to the fiber delivery system to wind the first fiber around the support structure, cutting a second end of the first fiber upon positioning of the first fiber onto the support structure, and treating at least a portion of the first fiber to fixedly hold it in a wound arrangement and form a fabric layer for incorporation into an article of footwear.

The first zone may have a first degree of elasticity such that it has a first elongation when subjected to a tensile load, and the second zone may have a second degree of elasticity such that it has a second elongation when subjected to the tensile load.

The upper incorporates a textile element with edges that are joined together to define at least a portion of a void for receiving a foot. The textile element may also have a first area and a second area with a unitary construction with varying stitch configurations. The upper may also incorporate longitudinal ribs extending along the lateral and/or medial sides of the upper. Various warp knitting or weft knitting processes may be utilized to form the textile element.

摘要： Provided is a self-fitting and automatically adjustable footwear wherein the shoe upper and/or shoe tongue have or are attached to a shape memory material (‘SMM”). Upon stimulation, the SMM deforms and brings the footwear to self-assemble about a foot, which further brings two clasp members close to each other and facilitates the clasp thereof to form a self-assembled and closed footwear. The clasp members may be integrated with straps or shoelaces, and optionally SMM. The footwear may include a motor, a control unit, and sensors which enable a motor-actuated fine tensioning of the footwear. A push button to enable manual opening of the footwear may be affixed on the footwear or removably attached to multiple surfaces/locations. The entire assembly generates data transmittable to health care providers and other data trackers. The footwear may include a battery, which may be charged by placing the footwear on a charge dock station.

摘要： Comprehensive wrapping and environment-friendly shoes and a production process thereof are provided. Each shoe comprises an upper and a sole. The upper includes an inner bootie and a vamp; the inner bootie includes a lining and a PU inner pad which are connected; the collars of the inner bootie and the vamp are connected, and the vamp lower edge extends to the inner pad bottom surface and is connected therewith. The making process is simple and can save sole laying and insole assembly procedures and simplify the upper marking procedure; the inner bootie enables the upper and the sole to be completely attached to a last, realizes good wearing comfort and barefoot feeling, achieves maximum sports shock absorbing and assisting function and comfortably wraps the foot. By reducing EVA & RB materials and increasing PU material, the dissolution proportion of the shoes is increased, and the shoes are more environment-friendly.

摘要： Comprehensive wrapping and waterproof snow boots and a production process thereof are provided. Each boot comprises an upper, a shell and a sole, wherein the shell is connected with the sole, and the shell covers the surface of the upper; the upper is composed of an inner bootie and a vamp for preventing water and siphoning; and the upper is connected with the sole and the shell by a PU bridging layer. The making process is simple and can omit a sole laying procedure and an upper-shell assembly procedure; the inner bootie enables the upper and the sole to be completely attached to a last, realizes good wearing comfort and barefoot feeling, achieves maximum sports shock absorbing and assisting function and comfortably wraps the foot. 摘要： Disclosed is a shoe including a sole and an upper, wherein the upper includes an inner upper and an outer upper, wherein the inner upper includes 90% or more of a wool fiber and the outer upper includes a combination of 50 to 80% by weight of the wool fiber and 20 to 50% by weight of a synthetic fiber, based on the total weight of the outer upper.The shoe according to the present invention can facilitate discharge of sweat generated during exercise through the upper made of natural wool fiber and thus offer fresh wear sensation and can be worn without socks. In addition, elasticity of wool fabric can reduce resistance of shoes depending on shape change of feet during exercise or in a daily life, thus impairing foot comfort. As a result, people whose feet swell readily, such as pregnant women, can wear the shoes without irritation. Furthermore, the shoes according to the present invention are suitable for diabetic patients whose feet need to be protected from injury because they are made of wool which is a soft elastic fiber.
