摘要： A shoe insole and processing method for shoe insole are disclosed. The insole includes an insole body for the stepping of the sole of one human foot. The insole body includes an upper insole layer having a top surface and an opposing bottom surface, a lower insole layer and a bulge. The upper insole layer is cold pressed to form bulges on the upper insole layer corresponding to different areas of the structure of the human foot. Then, the lower insole layer is bonded to the bottom surface of the upper insole layer, and then, perform cold pressing forming. Each bulge has a first convex surface and a first concave surface. The top surface of the upper insole layer integrally raised to form a first convex surface. The bottom surface of the upper insole layer integrally dented corresponding to the first convex surface to form a first concave surface.

The polymer threads may include a core composed of a first material and a coating composed of a second material, where the melting point of the first material is higher than the melting point of the second material. The polymer threads may be bonded to the base layer by the coating of the polymer threads. The polymer threads may include one or more polymer thread sets stitched in pattern(s) on area(s) of an outer surface of the base layer to provide targeted characteristics to area(s) on the upper. In some embodiments, the polymer threads may be bonded to the base layer with heat and/or pressure.

摘要： A boot form for a hockey skate is made of multiple plastic materials having different hardness properties, or different flexural moduli, and is formed via an injection-molding process or another similar process. One or more of the plastic materials may be reinforced with fibers of glass, carbon, aramid, or another stiffening material to strengthen one or more regions of the boot form. For example, pellets of a first plastic material having a flexural modulus of approximately 190 MPa (e.g., a polyamide elastomer block amide) may be injected into a mold to form a softer upper region of the boot form. And pellets of a second plastic having a flexural modulus of approximately 20,000 MPa (e.g., a Nylon 12 with long glass fibers) may be injected into the mold to form a stiffer lower region of the boot form. Additional skate components may then be attached to the boot form.
