    摘要： Transferring devices provided by the invention substantially improve efficacy of vacuum erection systems. Added to the system, the transferring device enables to dislodge one, two or more constrictors instantly. The external transferring device for penile constrictor comprises a pulling loop 4 attached to a mounting tube 22. An embodiment with the mounting tube inserted into the vacuum chamber (internal transferring device) is designated for vacuum chambers with abdominal air tight seal and for chambers with removably placed penile seal. An embodiment with a mounting tube 22 placed over the vacuum chamber 12 (external transferring device) is designated for vacuum erection systems with permanently inserted penile seal 14. Proposed transferring device can be easy retrofitted by the user into the existing system, without the need for special tools or skills. A method for transferring penile constrictors from the vacuum chamber onto erect penis has been proposed.

Tumescence is achieved by applying a vacuum to the flaccid penis with an evacuated cylinder, there being an annular seal inside the cylinder which creates a sliding hermetic seal with the penis to permit the vacuum to be drawn and sustained even while the cylinder may be moving or moved axially relative to the penis.

    摘要： A sexual erection prosthesis and method of use is disclosed adapted to artificially activate and maintain the penal erection state in human males. The system includes a flexible relatively supple prosthetic device which is sized to encircle the male penis and incorporates an expansible diaphrahm adapted to provide localized constrictive engagement against the penis. The system additionally includes an artificial vascularization assist device which is utilized in combination with the tubular member to obtain hydraulic blood pressure within the penis as well as an insertion device to aid in the placement of the device upon a penis. The system permits the rapid release of the constriction at a desired time to prevent self-injury to the user.

    摘要： A vacuum suction apparatus includes a cup body, an adjust member, and a seal assembly. Therein, the cup body is hollowed with two penetrable ends, having a neck portion disposed with penetrable first and second openings at both ends thereof, while the first opening is combined with a joining member. The adjust member is screwed to the joining member. The seal assembly has an upper partition, a lower partition, and a membrane, cooperating with the adjust member to allow the air to pass through the upper partition, the lower partition, and the adjust member. A negative pressure is produced due to the seal function of the membrane, such that a male genital organ reciprocates to feel the force of withdrawing and pushing. The forces are adjustable with the adjust member, and the user is able to control the speed of the apparatus reciprocation.
