摘要: Disclosed herein is a device that compresses the scrotum between a stationary jaw and a movable jaw in order to produce a sexual response. Said jaws are ergonomically shaped to complement the general contours of a human's crotch. Said jaws are interlocked to form a testicle vise by means of an integrated, quick-connect hinge. Said hinge is a slip-joint style hinge whose components are incorporated into the shape of said jaws. Said stationary jaw is translated towards said fixed jaw by means of a single tensioning drive comprising a pivoting adjustment screw. Said adjustment screw pivots around said barrel nut's axis, where said adjustment screw can pivot away from said retrocline-sloped catch plate, thereby allowing a quick release of said device's compression. A vertical ridge in the middle of said stationary jaw splays the wearer's testes into separate compartments, thereby aligning the testes symmetrically to the vertical axis.

摘要: A weight support device for use with a walking aid to at least partially support a weight of a user. The weight support device includes an elongated guiding body mountable to the walking aid and having a longitudinal axis extending vertically, a connection body slidably mounted to the elongated guiding body for translating along the longitudinal axis, at least one constant force spring rotatably mounted to the elongated guiding body with an outer end of the spring connected to the connection body, and a body securing device for engagement with the user and mounted to the connection body. When the elongated guiding body is mounted to the walking aid, the spring exerts a restoring constant force on the connection body when the connection body moves away from the first end of the elongated guiding body.

摘要: A wearable apparatus may include a driving module configured to generate torque to be applied to a body of a user, a leg driving frame configured to relay the generated torque to a leg of the user, a thigh fastener connected to the leg driving frame and configured to fix the leg driving frame to the leg of the user, at least one sensor configured to obtain sensor data including motion information of the wearable apparatus, and at least one processor configured to control the driving module based on the sensor data. The at least one processor may be configured to determine, based on sensor data obtained, information (e.g., a motion score) indicating a degree to which the wearable apparatus moves and/or moved and control whether to generate torque based on the determined information (e.g., the motion score).

摘要: An exoskeleton to support and move a large character costume and to transfer weight of the costume away from a performer's body. The exoskeleton includes a spine including an elongated and rigid vertical member and also includes a waist ring configured to extend about a waist of a performer using the exoskeleton in a spaced apart manner. A lower end of the spine is attached to a rear center portion of the waist ring. The exoskeleton includes a pair of leg assemblies each pivotally coupled on opposite sides of the waist ring. Each of the leg assemblies is spaced apart from a leg of the performer and extends below a foot of the performer, whereby weight is transmitted to a support surface. Each of the leg assemblies may include at least one passive assist mechanism configured to assist the performer in moving the exoskeleton with bipedal locomotion.

摘要: A walking assistance device includes: a waist attachment portion attached to a waist; a right knee attachment portion attached to a right knee; a left knee attachment portion attached to a left knee; and a wire that extends from the right knee attachment portion along a front surface of a right thigh, passes through the waist attachment portion, and extends along a front surface of a left thigh to reach the left knee attachment portion. The wire assists a motion of swinging the left thigh forward when the right thigh is kicked backward, and assists a motion of swinging the right thigh forward when the left thigh is kicked backward.

摘要: A male sexual stimulation device that provides a better user experience by combining a mechanical stroking mechanism with a spiraling sleeve that provides rotational stimulation and suctional stimulation to the stroking motion of the mechanical stroking mechanism. The spiraling sleeve is formed at least in part from an elastomeric material with ribbing molded into the interior of the sleeve at an angle to the linear axis of the spiraling sleeve such that elongation or shortening of the spiraling sleeve along the linear axis with a penis inserted therein causes a portion of the sleeve to twist about the linear axis.

摘要: A stabilizing medical belt or harness method and apparatus for averting injury in individuals that are prone to falls is configured to be worn by the user as a belt or harness and operated autonomously. Power is preferably provided by a battery pack located on the belt or harness. The invention includes a plurality of gyroscopic drives that produce a strong stabilizing effect when activated by a central computer that detects when the user is about to slip or fall. The medical stabilizer belt or harness will also aid patients in physical therapy by assisting in balance during recovery.

摘要: An orthopedic device for supporting a lower back of a user includes
a mechanical energy store,
a pelvic element,
an upper body element with a first force transmission element and
an upper leg element with a second force transmission element.
The upper leg element is arranged on the pelvic element such that it can be swivelled about a first swivel axis,
the upper body element is movably arranged relative to the pelvic element,
the first force transmission element can be engaged and disengaged with the second force transmission element by moving the upper body element relative to the pelvic element, and
the mechanical energy store can be charged and discharged by swivelling the upper leg element relative to the upper body element when the first force transmission element is engaged with the second force transmission element.
