摘要: A device for drying fluids conducted in a closed circuit provides a bypass line which can be switched in parallel to a pipe of the closed circuit that conducts a fluid via a first valve and a second valve. A first demoisturizer may be disposed in the bypass line. A method for drying fluids conducted in closed circuits is also provided. Part of the fluid may be directed from the pipe of the closed circuit into the bypass line connected in parallel to the pipe of the closed circuit and dried using the device according to the system described herein.

摘要: Multiple cooling-storage containers are arranged in respective spaces formed between neighboring refrigerant tubes. The cooling-storage container is made of a pair of outer envelope portions, each forming a side wall. Multiple convex portions and concave portions are formed in the side walls so that air passages are formed between refrigerant tubes and the concave portions. A sectional area of the air passage formed in a lower portion of the cooling-storage container below a predetermined height is made larger than that of the air passage formed in an upper portion of the cooling-storage container above the predetermined height.

摘要: A refrigeration system which can reduce the amount of moisture permeating into the system, inexpensively and by a simple structure, is disclosed. Rubber hoses (7, 8) capable of absorbing vibrations are arranged on the discharge and the intake sides of a compressor (1). It was found that the amount of moisture in the system can be effectively reduced by reducing the amount of moisture permeating the rubber hose on the discharge side. A freezing limit line is set for defining to a predetermined level the amount of moisture in the system determined by the amount of the refrigerant sealed in the system, the amount of the lubricating oil sealed in the system, the amount of moisture permeation of the hoses (7, 8) and the number of the years elapsed after operation start. The hose (7) on the discharge side of the compressor has a smaller amount of moisture permeation than the hose (8) on the intake side. A hose having a moisture permeation not more than the freezing limit line during a predetermined service life is used as the hose (7) on the discharge side.

摘要: An evaporative cooling device for a refrigeration system includes one or more heat exchanger coils, a first moisture panel, a second moisture panel, a first nozzle array, a second nozzle array, a moisture sensor, and a controller. The first moisture panel and the second moisture panel are separated by a distance and disposed external to the one or more heat exchanger coils. The first nozzle array is disposed external to the first moisture panel and the second nozzle array is disposed external to the second moisture panel. The first nozzle array and the second nozzle array are configured to provide an atomized spray of electrostatically charged droplets. The moisture sensor is configured to provide a signal representative of a moisture level. The controller is configured to receive the signal representative of the moisture level and control a supply of water.
