摘要: A modular charge system based on a standard module fitted with a flying plate or a liner and axially coupled to other modules to configure the size and type of charge. The explosive is enclosed in a casing, which has a cylindrical wall with a plurality of external longitudinal rails that run lengthwise. The rails are substantially parallel, and approximately equidistantly spaced around the perimeter of the casing. The space between a pair of rails defines a channel. The casing rails function as a cylindrical tamper. The explosive is partitioned into removable portions and permanent portions, where the removable portions are separated from the permanent portions and any retained removable portions, therein enabling the module to be fitted with a variety of flying plates, liners and other hardware. Modules may be coupled utilizing internal slides, positioned in the channels to join modules.

The casing may be made of a material that does not produce lethal or injurious fragments when the explosive is detonated. The explosive may include an insensitive explosive portion that creates the shape of an explosive front, and a secondary explosive containing a more energetic explosive, which is closer to the fragments than the insensitive explosive portion. There may be more of the insensitive explosive than the relatively energetic explosive.

摘要: A method for forming a perforation is disclosed. The method comprises positioning a perforating gun at a desired location in the formation. The perforating gun comprises a gun body and a charge carrier. The method further comprises disposing one or more shaped charges within the charge carrier. The one or more shaped charges comprise an outer case, an inner liner, and an explosive material retained between the outer case and the inner liner. The outer case of the shaped charge comprises one or more predefined fracture lines. The method further comprises detonating at least one shaped charge, wherein detonating the at least one shaped charge forms one or more perforations in the formation.

摘要: A shaped charge casing cutter is constructed with the cutter explosive formed into radial section modules aligned in a toroidal cavity between a pair of housing plates. The center sections of the plates are contiguously aligned with opposite parallel surfaces of a center disc. The plate rims are offset from respective center disc planes in opposite directions from each other to form a toroidal cavity. The toroidal cavity is enclosed by a circumferential belt secured to said plate rims. V-grooved shaped charge explosive in the form of multiple pi sections is distributed about the cavity to intimately contact a pair of frusto-conical liners.

摘要: A combined fracturing and perforating method and device for oil and gas well are disclosed. The method utilizes an explosion of a perforating charge (5) in a combined fracturing perforator to ignite primary gunpowder in the perforator, and burning of the primary gunpowder ignites secondary gunpowder in the perforator. The body of the perforating gun in the combined fracturing and perforating device is provided with pressure releasing hole (8) which is directly facing the jet direction of said perforating charge, and sealing sheet (9) is arranged on said pressure releasing hole (8). Inner gunpowder box (6), which contains the primary gunpowder, and outer gunpowder box (7), which contains the secondary gunpowder, are mounted on the cylindrical charge frame (4).
