摘要: An acoustic transducer that includes a housing, a diaphragm, a spider, a motor, and a drop ring. The motor includes a backplate, a frontplate, a magnet, and a voice coil. The drop ring connects the diaphragm to the spider at a circumference of the spider. The drop ring extends parallel with respect to a central axis of the housing. The circumference of the spider is spaced away from the motor and connects to the diaphragm at a resonant node of the diaphragm.

摘要: The invention relates to audio transducers, such as loudspeaker, microphones and the like, and includes improvements in or relating to: audio transducer diaphragm structures and assemblies, audio transducer mounting systems; audio transducer diaphragm suspension systems, personal audio devices incorporating the same and any combination thereof. The embodiments of the invention include linear action and rotational action transducers. For both types of transducer, rigid and composite diaphragm constructions and unsupported diaphragm periphery designs are described. Systems and methods for mounting the transducer to a housing, such as an enclosure or baffle are also described. Furthermore, hinge systems including: rigid contact hinge systems and flexible hinge systems are also disclosed for various rotational action transducer embodiments. Various applications and implementations are described and envisaged for the audio transducer embodiments including, for example, personal audio devices such as headphones, earphones and the like.

摘要: A non-planar chemical vapour deposition polycrystalline diamond body has a dome body having an apex and an outer periphery. The dome body has an average radius of curvature in a range of 4 mm to 25 mm and a maximum linear dimension at the outer periphery of the dome body of no more than 26 mm. The average radius of curvature is no less than 0.6 times the maximum linear dimension at the outer periphery. A method of fabricating the non-planar diamond body is also disclosed.

摘要: Provided is an acoustic diaphragm with required properties for a vibrating part and an edge part thereof. The acoustic diaphragm comprises a vibrating part 11 and an edge part 12 located at an outer periphery of the vibrating part, wherein the vibrating part comprises a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer (TLCP) having a certain composition; the edge part comprises a TLCP having a same composition as the TLCP of the vibrating part; and the vibrating part 11 and the edge part 12 have elastic moduli Ed and Ee measured by nanoindentation technique, respectively, which satisfy the following formula: Ed>Ee. For example, a ratio Ed/Ee of the elastic modulus Ed of the vibrating part 11 to the elastic modulus Ee of the edge part 12 may fall within a range of from 1.05 to 5.0.

摘要: A semiconductor wafer has formed within it a plurality of piston tops of equal area. Each of the piston tops includes a thin flat region from which a majority of the thickness of the original semiconductor wafer may have been removed. A first one of the piston tops has a lower thickness than a second one of the piston tops. The second piston top has at least one hole in it, the volume of the hole corresponding to the difference in thickness between the first and second piston tops, such that the masses of the first and second piston tops differ by less than the variation in thickness between them.

摘要: The present invention discloses a speaker module and a sound production device. The module comprises a module shell and a speaker unit mounted in the module shell. The module shell comprises a shell main body and two fixed pole plates connected fixedly on the shell main body. The two fixed pole plates are insulated from each other, and each of the two fixed pole plates has a connecting portion exposed to the outside of the shell main body. A vibration system of the speaker unit is provided with a movable pole plate, and each of the two fixed pole plates together with the movable pole plate form a variable capacitor. The speaker module is configured to output an electrical signal representing a vibration displacement of the vibration system by the connecting portions of the two fixed pole plates.

摘要: A sound converter includes a rectangular frame, a first suspension seated on an upper side of the frame to vibrate, a second suspension attached to a bottom surface of the first suspension and electrically connected to a voice coil to vibrate, a magnetic circuit including a center magnet, a plurality of sub-magnets spaced apart from the center magnet by a certain distance to define a magnetic gap, a plurality of top plates positioned above the center magnet and each sub-magnet, and a bottom plate positioned below the center magnet and each sub-magnet, and a third suspension connecting a lower end or a lower end lateral surface of the voice coil to the frame to vibrate. The voice coil is attached to a bottom surface of the second suspension. The third suspension is positioned through spaces defined by the sub-magnets being spaced apart from each other.
